Providing and laying position,Standardised concrete mi M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 3250 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,inculding admiture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of Sand ,but eculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors,finishing,curing,etc,complete complying with standred specification and ass directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standreds.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Providing form work for centering the soffits of all reinforcement cement concrete surfaces including strutting to the required height with M.S.Sheets of 90 x 60cm x 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S angle of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak joints of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23cmx 23cmx20mm of approved quality laid in cm 1:3,12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement used including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for work, finishing and curing as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with the standard specification.

Providing & fixing rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia pvc pipes with necessary shoes bends clamps screws nails etc complete with standard specifications

Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mmX600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and lobour charges for paving and Pointing With Cement Mortar 1:5 & Combination Mortor1:1:5 etc complete. The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.
