M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) of size 350x250x7mm/450x300x7mm thick for work on vertical surface such as skirting, dado, set & jointed neat in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as backing coat and including dismantling of existing tiles and cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab used in stair landing, floor, raiser, dado and trede over cement screed bed for 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description from walls/ceiling including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finishing even and smooth to receive water proofing treatment complete without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint including making good the surface by filling with wall care putty making surface even and smooth preparation of wall surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including making good the surface by filling with 3mm wall care putty making surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel structural work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or 'J' / 'L' hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing DB TPN/SPN any type of any capacity including MCBs and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing light fittings any type of any capacity removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.
