Repair and maintenance of water supply external pipeline and operation assistance of water supply system of Rungta Colony under Burhar Sharda Sub Area (For one year)

Item Description/ Heading

Providing, Laying, Jointing & field testing of HDPE pipes (High Density Polyethylene Pipes) confirming to IS 4984/14151/12786/13488 with necessary jointing material like mechanical connector of jointing pipes by heating to the ends of pipes with the help of Teflon coated electric mirror/ heater to the required temperature and then pressing the ends together against each other, to form a monolithic & leak proof joint by thermosetting process. It may be required to be done with Jack/ Hydraulic Jacks/ Butt fusion machine. (50 mm & above fusion jointed & below 50mm mechanical jointed). (110 mm dia), 8Kg/ sq.cm :

Making connection of G.I. distribution to HDPE branch of different sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc., all complete as per instruction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing gun metal non- return valve of approved quality (screwed end) : 50 mm nominal bore Vertical.

Providing and fixing gun metal non- return valve of approved quality (screwed end) : 80 mm nominal bore Vertical.

Providing and fixing following check (non-return) valves ClassI, confirming to IS-778/1984 (Reaffirmed 2005) female ends, tested to 21.09 kg/sq.cmt. (Flanged), Flanged (100mm dia )

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work: 80 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work: 50 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work : 50 mm nominal dia Pipes

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work : 25 mm nominal dia Pipes

Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes & lead at site within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Up to 150 mm diameter.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :Above 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. Flange with M.S nut bolts & rubber packing for 80 mm dia. pipe etc., all complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. Flange with M.S nut bolts & rubber packing for 50 mm dia. pipe etc., all complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing contractual assistance for operation and maintenance of water supply of Rungta colony by deploying valveman - 03 nos, pump operator - 03 nos and 02 Fitter all Semiskilled etc., all complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing contractual assistance for Lifting and lowering of submersible pumps by deplaying unskilled manpower minimum 4 nos for each time etc., all complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
