Repair/maint of pumps,motors,starters,voltage stabilizers etc at Y station, Ridge area, Raipur Satwari 166 MH under AGE EM OF GE Sarwari

Disconnecting electrical connections from the panel and taking out unserviceable VT Motor of any size and other accessories from the foundation of bore well, carrying to workshop for repair and after repair VT Motor be shifted to the existing bore well and re- installation in orignal position including all electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Spare part required shall be measured and paid separatly under relivent items. (ii) The cost of transportation to and from workshop and T&P required for taking out motor is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for removing the burnt winding wire of the VT motor of capacity 35 to 40 HP, cleaning the slots for rewinding and rewinding the motor with superior quality super enamelled copper winding wire as per exisitng gauge and size, varnishing, drying, replacement of bushes, bearings & other spares parts required including re-assembling, re-installing at site, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 02 here in before but of capacity 30 HP

Disconnecting electrical connections from the panel & VT motor to the pump set and lifting of unserviceable VT pump of any capacity from the bore well upto 40 Mtr's including column pipe and other accessories,carrying to workshop for repair,taking back after repair & lowering, jointing the same in orignal position/location with column pipe, motor and other accessories, connecting to all electrical connections, testing and commissioning including replacement of all nut,bolt washer & gasket etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of transportation to and from workshop and T&P required for lifting of pump is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid seperatly under relivent items. (iii) If there is any mishappening during lowering of pump and motor to the tube well, the quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for the same.

Repair/opening & overhauling of VT pump set by dismantling (in r/o ser item No 04),cleaning , servicing,replacement of minor spare parts including fixing of major parts required for proper functioning, re-assembling after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Major spare parts required shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant items 06 to 18 as "Supply only" .

Supply only Gun metal impeller as per existing size.

Supply only Neck Ring as per existing size.

Supply only Gland plate as per existing size.

Supply only Studs as per existing size.

Supply only Stainless steel lineshaft 3 metre long as per existing size.
