Annual Servicing and Overhauling of Different make 33KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers

1. Carrying out Annual Servicing & Overhauling of Different make, 33KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers alongwith associated works at 132KV Substation Budaun Under ETD Budaun as per Technical Specifications, with all cost of Men, and T&P etc. Required for satisfactory completion of the work as per details below : All material to be provided by department free of cost. 1 (a) Carrying out Annual Servicing and Overhauling work of Different make, 33KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers. The work involve Overhauling & Servicing of Tripping & Closing Mechanism by general checking and Replacement of worn out Bearings/Bushes, Bus Bar Pin, damaged Opening Spring Assembly, Cleaning of Gear Box and Checking of all Combination Sprockets including filling of Fresh Grease in Gear Box with proper Lubrication. as per requirement. (1 Job per C.B.).

1 (b) Checking & Rectification of defects in Electrical and Control Circuits Annually, if any of Electrical Aux. Wirings for Tripping Ckt., Closing Ckt. and Spring Charging Motor by Replacement of defective Aux. Switch, Limit Switch, Carbon Bushes, Misc. Bolts & Nuts, Lock Washer etc. Finally, Checking of successful Operation of the Circuit Breaker in Remote / Local mode. (1 Job per C.B.)
