Improvement such as widening and strengthening of Dhenkanal - Kalapani - Banasingh Road from Ch.0/00 km to 11/225km in the District of Dhenkanal for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m in all respect as per approved drawing and Technical Sepction as per Section 900 and Clause 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direciton of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of 1st layer of emankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achive minimum dry density given in the table 300.2 for embankment construction as per approved drawing andtechnical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305, 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting excavation from drain and foundation other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications dfor Road & Bridge works(5th. Revision) complet including cost,conveyance,Royalities, Taxes of all materials,all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum having required P.I. value spreading in uniform layers not exceeding 100mm in depth and compacting with smoth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 407 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Fine dressing and providing, laying turfing with live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations including preparation of ground, fetching of sods with all lifts and leads upto 5Km. and watering complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 307 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Granular sub-base Grading-VI material as per table 400-1, spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works (5th. Revision)

Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @0.60 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
