M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cms thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement and forming joints to full depth at every 3M intervals and at every change of direction and filing with bitumen sand mixture 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fibre, pulp,insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 'E' board (Everest make) 605 x 605 x 4 mm thick white prelaminated, set & embosed, reinforced, designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture fixed at any height, laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated, white,the frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm and spaced at 1200 mm center to center fixed to the structural soffits by hangers(as approved by GE), at 1200 mm rawl center, hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and fasteners and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 120 mm long cross T (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm center to center, size 1200 x 600 mm modules, cross T longer than 600 mm to be supported independently on 600 x 600 mm moduler to be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross T centrally, between the 1200 mm cross T. T, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per Manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed.

M&L for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorativen choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screw to timber/MS frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Asbestos cement plain building boards 8 to 10 mm thick fixed to timber MS frame work with screws fixed with screw to timber/MS frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L second class hardwood (Indian Sal, Bijasal, Hollock or Benteak), plain fillets, square, rectangular, triangular in section, clean sawn secured with nails, sectional area exc 3 sqcm but n exc 6 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in iron enclosure, doors or gate of angle iron or other section with gussets plate, rails, braces etc drilled for fixing of steel seating other covering, door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

Note:- Butt hinge will be measured and paid for separately .

M&L for factory made second class (Indian Sal, Bijasal, Hollock or Benteak) hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) glazing will be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Butt hinge will be measured and paid for separately .

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 2, flat, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete , all as specified and directed .

Supplying and fixing/ laying of 25mm bore dia GI pipe light grade in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall including all fittings, ISI marked as required for cable protection including dismantling of old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 86516.00 to be deducted during AOC
