Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth with using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Plinth Protection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-22mm thick (size not less than 55cm x55cm) machine cut, pre-polished, Kota stone slab in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in mix 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing on surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-polished Kota stone slab 18-22mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick rendering cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing on surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non-skid ceramic tiles joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non-skid ceramic tiles joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200mm x 6to7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L joint free non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L joint free non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cement concrete tiles/designer tiles of any desciption and any thickness in floors, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L providing chequered cement concrete coloured tiles glossy finish 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cm 1:4 as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L exterior grade heavy duty full body outer designer parking tiles 400x400x10mm, in floors etc. of colour and design as approved by Engr-in-Charge, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with existing one including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC (@ 3% by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick wk or concrete surface finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L white wash as in celing three coats on new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over 3mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall including cornices and apply two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
