Dismantling plastering: Dismantling wall plastering (either in cement mortar or lime mortar), removing, transporting and disposal of the debris with all lead (within the campus as directed) and lift etc., complete– in all the floor levels.

Dismantling Mangalore tiled roof with roof timbers: Dismantling Mangalore tiled roof completely including ceiling tiles, valley gutters, ridges, roof timbers such as reepers, wall plate, rafters, eve boards etc and stacking the materials available for re-use at the departmental store, disposing off the debris including cost of all labour, all lead and lift charges etc complete as directed.

Wrought & putup for rafters : Providing Jungle wood such as Nerale (Syzygium cumini) / Neem (Azadirachta indica) wrought and putup for rafters and similar works including cost of materials, labour HOM of machineries complete as per specificaitons.

Wooden reepers: Providing and fixing to the line and slope nandi (Spathodea campanulate ) wooden reepers 50 x 25mm size by cutting the reepers to the required length fixing the reepers to the available rafters by using nails etc., complete as per specifications.

HDPE sheet for Gutter/Valley portion : Providing HDPE sheet and spreading the sheet over the gutter / valley portion below the tiles and fixing the sheet by nailing at regular interval placing the roof tiles in position including cost of material, labour etc., complete as per specification and as directions of Engineer's in charge.

Removing & Re-fixing of available Mangalore Tiles : Removing and refixing Mangalore tiles on existing reepers, including cost of labour etc., complete as per specification.

Supplying and fixing new Mangalore tiles on roof: Supplying and fixing new Mangalore tiles on existing reepers including cost of materials, labour, HOM etc., complete as per specification and as directions of Engineer's in charge.

Removing and refixing of available Mangalore ridge tiles: Removing and refixing available/old Mangalore ridge tiles including pointing with CM 1:3 including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specification.

Supplying and Fixing of Mangalore ridge tiles : Providing Mangalore ridge tiles set in CM 1:2 & pointing with CM 1:2 including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specification.

Lime mortar band over the Roof tiles: Providing lime mortar of mix 1:3 including cost of all materials, labour, curing HOM completer as per specification.

CM 1:3 – 15 mm plastering for wall surface: KSRB 15.3.4: Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:3, to stone masonry using clean sieved approved sand including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labours, coring complete as per specifications.

Plastic emulsion painting for ceiling( without primer: Providing and applying painting in One coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Royale luxury Emulsion/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Sherwin Williams/ equivalent) on ceiling surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications. Floor paint: Providing and applying floor painting with ready mix paint in one coat ( excluding primer coat ) on concrete / plastered / floor surfaces brushing to give an even shade after preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt, Dust other foreign matter, including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications or as directed.

Enamel painting on previously wooden surface: KSRB 15-17.19: Providing and applying painting in One coat on previously painted wood surface and/ or wood based surface with enamel paint (to give an even shade, cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering and knotting ready mix paint including cost of material and labour complete as per specifications - Asian /Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent Make

Painting to previously painted steel work – in One coat: Providing and applying enamel metal paint one coat ( excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel or other metal surface brushing to give an even shad after cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications.

Varnishing on wood surface– Two Coats Providing and applying varnishing Two Coats ( excluding priming coat ) on new wood surface / or wood based surface to give an even surface after cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and foreign matter sand papering so as to produce a smooth dry and mat surface, including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications.
