PART-1 EARTH WORKS:

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Project Officer: All kind of soil

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the Project Officer and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the Project Officer with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and including necessary backfilling in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated, clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Refilling with excavated earth other than crushed stone sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the Project Officer in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification

Carting away surplus excavated earth beyond initial lead of 10 m to approved designated locations within site including loading, unloading and stacking as directed. Lead shall be various kilometers from source location to stock yard.

Within 1 Km

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Project Officer.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers using pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

PART-2 ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT :

Providing Pre-constructional Antitermite treatment including cost of chemical labour as per standard specification for preparing the area for treatment by spraying chemicals and other incidental charges etc., complete the rates should be for curing antitermite treatment from the plinth beam and brick masonry with super structure in contract with the back fill earth and at the junction of the walls. The top surfaces of filled earth for flooring and the soil along with the perimeter of the building by making holes with the crow bar and poured 5% termicide 'Chloripyrifos' and spraying the same termicide soultion on the wooden frames and treating the other periphery of building etc., Complete in all respects as per IS 6316 (Part II) and as directed by the Project Officer.

PART-3 CEMENT CONCRETE WORK :

To meet the LEED certification, required ingredients such as fly ash/GGBS to be added in required proportion to meet the strength requirements.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc. complete in all respect by the Project Officer.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four crushed stone sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc. complete in all respect by the Project Officer.

Reinforced Cement Concrete

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Project Officer. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Project Officer.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PART-4 FORM WORK :

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc.complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Footing, Plinth Beam, etc.

Providing Form work and centering for reinforced cement concrete works including supports and strutting up to 3.30m height for plane surfaces as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and MS 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre supported by caurina props 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm intervals and removing the same after a specified period without damaging the RCC works etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Project Officer.

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

For plane surfaces such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc.

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Centering for curved surfaces of all RCC items of work

Providing additional strutting to centering of RCC slabs of plain surface for every additional 1.0 metre height or part thereof but not less than 30 cm, over the initial 3.30 metre height from floor level using casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia including cross bracing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Project Officer.

PART-5 REINFORCEMENT STEEL :

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Applying one coat of anticorrosive treatment on steel reinforcement rods (20 ltrs. Of anitcorrosive chemical for one mertic tonne of steel reinforcement rods) at site including a cost of required quantity of anticorrosive chemicals, (best approved quality) cement, consumables such as brushes, gloves and labour for anticorrosive coating etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Quantity and brand of anticorrosive chemaical should be got approved by the deportmentel office

PART-6 MASONRY WORKS :

Masonry work using Autoclaved Aerated cement blocks of size 600 x 200x 200 mm in Self curing AAC Joint Mortar 2 to 3mm thick in between the blocks with a spread of 170Sqft / 50kg,cement Motar (1:6) (one of cement and six of M Sand) along the boundaries using AAC Block 600x 200x 200mm)minimum average crushing strength of 50Kg/sqcm for super structure in all floors including labour for fixing the doors , windows and ventilator frames in position fixing of hold fast , scaffolding ,curing etc complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the Project Officer. (The Board approved Acc Block should got approved by the competent authority before execution of work)

Providing and fixing of 100mm thk full height double side double layer gypboard partition comprising of 48 mm proprietary vertical studs, Double layer of 12.5mm thk GYPSUM BOARD on both side of 48 mm GI stud, all as per manufacturer's specification. Include 50mm thk mineral fibre wool insulation of grade specified by Project Officer, from raw floor to bottom of ceiling . (Rate inclusive of GI corner beeds, hardwood scantelling and other GI accessories finished with proprietary topcoat ready to receive paint). & closing of cut-out made in the partition for services work etc. Note: only visible areas to be measured.

PART-7 WATER PROOFING :

Note: All the waterproofing treatment shall be executed through a specialized waterproofing agency authorised by the approved manufacturer and/or Project officer/PMC. Contractor shall submit technical data sheet of each product, which shall use for execution.

A written guarantee on non-judicial stamp paper shall be submitted by the main Contractor and his sub contractor who has carried out work for a minimum period of ten years from the certified date of completion for the satisfactory performance of the entire water-proofing system.

water proofing works shall be executed under supervision of technical person of manufacturer. Contractor shall test all elements before and after water proofing treatment as directed by Project officer/PMC. Rate shall include for testing process before and after waterproofing treatment. The rate includes giving 10 year warranty for waterproofing on a Rs.100/- stamp paper in approved proforma.

NOTES: 1.Ponding test shall carried out on the mother slab 2. Rectification shall be carried out in case of leakages like crack treatment, grouting etc. to arrest the leakage. 3. Ponding test shall be carried out once again to check for leakages. 4. Once there are no leakages, waterproofing treatment shall be carried out, else the procedure shall be repeated. 5. Payment will be only once for the water proofing

Terrace Waterproofing

Finishing the top of Terrace floor with one course of solar reflective water proof, heat proof and cool roof ceramic tiles of size 300mmx300mmx8mm thick of approved quality laid in cement mortor 1:3 (one part of cement and three parts of sand) over base concrete mixed with calcium based mineral powder (60 kg for 1000 sqft) (before laying tiles, the tiles should be dipped with salin based nano liquid) and top Grouting with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement and three parts of sand) mixed with white cement, silicon powder and polimer additives (20kg m 1000 sqft.) and joint pointed with zycosil oil (200gm for 1000 sqft.) after grouting acrylic salin based liquid including cost of base concrete 1:2:4 mix using 6-10mm chips 40mm thick etc., complete complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labour charges for lifting to open terrace, laying and finishing and other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the Project officers. (The Brand and quality of tiles should be got approved from the Project officer before using).

Grading For Terrace Floor with 1:2:4: Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the Project Officer.

TOILET WATER PROOFING

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the Project Officer etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Toilet Sunken using broken brick jelly 20 mm gauge The proportion of broken brick jelly to slaked lime being 1:3:6 (1part cement,3 part fine aggregate & 6 part broken brick jelly), well beaten by wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness required etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by Project Officer.

RETAINING WALL - EXTERNAL WALL SURFACES

Supplying and Installing Membrane, a self adhesive, cold applied, flexible minimum 1.5mm thick waterproofing membrane comprising of a self adhesive bitumen compound laminated onto an impervious, non-perforated, cross laminated HDPE film applied on the external surface of the retaining wall post construction and after de-shuttering is done. The membrane shall have following minimum properties : 1) Elongation of membrane (ASTM D638:1991) 40% 2) Good Puncture resistance > 580N, 3) Resistance to Hydrostatic head of 60 m 5) Excellent Tear resistance 6) Good Tensile strength 7) Should be resistant to Sulphates, Nitrates and salt in soil The item shall include sealing the construction joints, tie rod holes, honeycombs locations etc., using polymer modified non shrink waterproof cementitious mortar and carrying out injection grouting to the RCC surface at honeycombs, voids, cracks, leaking spots etc., in the raft etc., wherever required using hydro grout non shrink cementitious grouting compound. The item shall also include sealing around the base junction between the membrane and any other pipe / sleeve etc. using liquid applied polyurethane flashing system all as per the manufacturer's recommendation and providing and installing of Pressure release pipes of required dia and sizes as per site requirement and approved by Project officer/PMC. Providing & installation of aluminum termination bar minimum 200mm above finished floor level & shall be fixed with non corrosive fastener @ 4 no's per Rmt and sealing of termination bar with Sealant shall also in clude in the scope of work.

WATER TANK- INNER WALL AND SLAB

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush.

The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Project Officer. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per Sqm

For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per Sqm.

RAFT, ON TOP OF PCC

Supplying and Installing waterproofing treatment for Raft using 1.2mm thick, pre-applied, fully bonded pure HDPE membrane over P.C.C.The system should be fully bonded to the RCC and consists of highly resilient HDPE film, self adhesive polymer layer and a trafficable granular layer. The membrane shall have minimum of 75mm side and end laps which shall be sealed with double sided adhesive tape. The size of the membrane should not be less than 1.2 Mtr. x 20 Mtr. to minimise the joints. This membrane shall be continued over the vertical surface upto minimum 300mm height above the Raft bottom and fixed as per recommendation. This shall include cleaning & removal of all the dust, dirt, oil, grease, cement laitance, loose particle & prepare the P.C.C. Substrate for laying of waterproofing system. The membrane shall have HDPE film of ≈0.9mm, Tensile Strength > 25 MPa ASTM D412, Elongation at Break ≥ 500 % ASTM D412, Peel Adhesion to Concrete ≥ 1500 N/m ASTM D903, Puncture Resistance ≥ 1000 N ASTM E 154, Resistance to Hydrostatic Head > 70m ASTM D 5385, Lap Peel Adhesion ≥ 1500 N/m ASTM D1876, Lateral Water Migration Resistance > 70m ASTM D5385. The item shall include sealing the construction joints, tie rod holes, honeycombs locations etc., using polymer modified non shrink waterproof cementitious mortar and carrying out injection grouting to the RCC surface at honeycombs, voids, cracks, leaking spots etc., in the raft etc., wherever required using hydro grout non shrink cementitious grouting compound. Providing and applying Advanced Polyurea Waterproofing & Coating Systems in two parts for podium slab as per the specifications listed below and as approved by the Project officer/PMC with a guarantee of 15 years: The work shall include chasing open the construction joints and sealing the same to form a U shaped groove of approx. 20mm width and 20mm depth, using polymer modified mortar carrying out injection grouting at the construction joints, honeycombs, etc, by injecting cement slurry grout admixed with expandable grout additive to full saturation wherever necessary thereafter. Protection screed laid to slope. Only plan area shall be considered for measurements

a) Providing & applying 1.5mm thick pure polyurea waterproofing coating system for podium slab with all materials, labours, tools and tackles etc. Step 1: (Surface Preparation): Cleaning the surface thoroughly as per the manufacturer's surface preparation requirements, free from loose materials and previous coatings if any Step 2: (Priming Coat): Providing and applying compatible epoxy primer as specified by the manufacturer (minimum 40 microns) Step 3: (Polyurea coating): Providing and applying rapid setting, two component, spray applied,100% solids, Pure poly urea coating of DFT 1.5mm ( +/-0.1mm) in a single application with multiple passes using spray equipments approved by manufacturer's specifications b)Providing and placing Non woven polyester Geo Textile fabric (minimum 120 gsm) with minimum 75mm overlap on the ends and sides as a separation layer on top of waterproofing. c) Providing and laying a composite drainage board having a compressive strength of 600kg/Sqm, thickness as per manufacturer's specifications.

PART-8 STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS

Note for items of this Section : Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on intent/ concept drawing and submit the same to Project officer/PMC for approval and shall get approval before mock up/ execution of work. Work shall be carried out as per final approved shop drawing and approved mock up. Contractor shall responsible against stability, safety, leakage, etc all complete. Testing work shall be carried out by the Contractor as suggested by Project officer/PMC.

Providing, fabricating and fixing M.S. grills work for windows, gates, ladders, rail pipes, nosing angles, with M.S.lugs in staircase steps etc., made out of M.S rods, flats, angles, pipes, channels etc. including necessary fixtures complete as per drawings and specifications and as directed by theProject Officer

PART-9 MISCELLANEOUS WORK - STRUCTURE

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Project Officer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Raised flooring

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Project officer consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Project officer.

(c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static vinyl floor tile of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Project officer. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Project officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the Project Officer

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the Project Officer including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Project Officer before use of work).

Supplying and Wall painting with two coats premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including one oat of primer wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Project Officer before use of work).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, 20mm thick steel grey polished granite of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the Project officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Project Officer before use on works.)

PART-12 JOINERY WORK :

Fire Rated Door

Note for items of this Section : Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on intent/ concept drawing and submit the same to Project officer for approval and shall get approval before mockup/ execution of work. Work shall be carried out as per final approved shop drawing and approved mock up. Contractor shall responsible against stability, safety, leakage, etc all complete.Testing work shall be carried out by the Contractor as suggested by Project officer.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal 2 Hour fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have prototype tested by CBRI, Roorkee & Certificate issued thereof (as per IS:3614 Part-2, 1992) for rating of 2hrs with vision panel.

Test certificates should be available for vision lites/ panels as part of the fire door assembly. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single & double leaf doors and Hardware should pass European certificate "CE" of conformity/ UL with required fire ratings. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer subject to Project officer’s approval and should be ISO Certified company.

a) Fire rated Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb.

Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. EPDM Smoke seal shall be installed over frame. Frames shall be finished with approved shade powder coated paints with an average DFT of 70 microns and tested for salt spray test of 500hrs.

Rate shall be inclusive of frame, back plate, rubber silencer, smoke seal, SS 304 anchor fastener, cement mortar grout filling finishing of frame and installation at all heights but excluding the cost of SS ball bearing hinges. Length of the door frame provided shall be measured in running metre for payment.

b) Fire rated Door shutter shall be minimum 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door shutter shall be manufactured from 1.2mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be with resin bonded rockwool slab. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers.

The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Shutter shall be fixed to frame with 120 min fire rated SS 304 Ball Bearing Butt Hinges of size 100mm x 75mm x 3 mm CE marked (no of hinges shall be minimum 4). Shutter shall be provided with bottom seal of approved make as per manufacturer's specification.

Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturer’s recommendation with a GI beading and screws from inside. Door shutter shall be finished with approved shade powder coated paints with an average DFT of 70 microns and tested for salt spray test of 500hrs. Rate shall be inclusive of shutter with infill material, SS304 fire rate butt CE marked hinges, finishing cost and installation but excluding the cost of Vision panel and all fire rated hardware other than hinge. Shutter area shall be measured for payment.

c) Providing and fixing fixed vision panel glass in fire rated door as per manufacturers recommendation with beading powder coated to required shade & special ceramic tape/ gasket of approved make etc complete as directed by Project officer. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of 2 hour rating of approved make. (Actual installed glass size (with two decimal) to be measured for payments).

Providing and fixing 120 min fire rated Mortise sash lock pack of approved make with 70 mm Cylinder one side lock and other side Thumb turn with Lever CE marked for fire rated metal door with necessary fittings etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Project officer.

Providing and fixing Fire rated (120 minutes) Rack and pinion non-handed door closer of approved make and comply with EN size 2-4, with back check and standard arm with two independent closing valves and latching speed adjustable by arm. All adjustment screws face fixed with slide plate. The door closer shall be with Silver finish cover. The door closer shall conform to EN 1154 standards and CE marked with necessary fittings etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Project officer.

Providing and fixing 1 point panic device in Contour design of approved make, carry bar for single door for fire and smoke check doors, with steel latch, security anti thrust latch for door widths upto 1300mm, consisting of 2102F, 2105 in silver finish. As per EN 1125, CE marked etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Project officer.

Providing and fixing 1 point panic device in Contour design on active leaf and 2 point modular on inactive leaf, carry bar for rebated double door of approved make. For fire and smoke check doors, with steel latch, security anti thrust latch consisting of 2 x 2102F, 2 x 2105, PHX 04 and PHX 03 in silver finish. As per EN 1125, CE marked with necessary fittings etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Project officer.

Providing and fixing External trim with design lever handle approved make suiting the panic bar for fire and smoke check doors. For max. 60mm thick door prepared for half euro profile cylinder and in Silver finish with necessary fittings etc. complete as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Project officer.

Flush door

Overall 37mm thick laminated flush door shutter (bare thickness 35 mm) including Stainless Steel 304 grade butt hinges (with ball bearing) of size 100mm x 75mm x 3 mm conforming to relevant BIS/BS/EN standards with necessary screws etc complete. No of hinges shall be as per drawing.

UPVC Ventilator Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Project Officer before use on work

Providing and fixing of hollow metal Pressed galvanised steel Single /Double leaf to required sizes of approved make as per the drawings which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed. All hollow metal general doors shall be of with or without vision panel.

Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 125 x 55mm made out of 1.60mm thick galvanised steel sheet (16 gauge). Frames should be mitered and field assembled with self tabs.All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware.Frames shall be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening.Once frame installed should be filled with PUF or with cement & sand slurry as recomended by the Project Officer

Door leaf shall be 32mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision panel. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18 guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners/ pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and dead bolt. The edges shall be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting style for both active and inactive leaf. 200x300mm & 450x750mm Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendations with a clipon arrangement.. The glass should be 5mm clear toughned glass. 450x750mm. Louvers when recommended should be site proof and shall be flush fixed on the external surface. Approved hardware make shall be as per the approved vendor list provided in the Technical specification.

All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade powder coating minimum 50 microns of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt spray test.

Rate shall include supply and installation of door and hardware as a complete assembly as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule.

PART-13 FALSE CEILING WORK

Note : Contractor shall take approval of the mock up from Project officer/PMC before execution of work.

Providing and fixing Gypsum False Ceiling of which includes G.I.Perimeter Channels of size .55mm thick (having One Flange of 20mm. and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of Nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centers. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with 2 flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51.5mm and 2 flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 450 mm centers.

Supply and installationi of Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / State Polka Mineral Fibre / GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270Kgs/m3, weight 4 kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. The Skelet trelis T15metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angel with unequal flanges of 15/19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT wtih flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, , from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel ot the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. Sisoli Serene / Slate Sprits / Slate Polka of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Supply & installation of Slats of 50x2440x100mm made of pinewood E1 grade fiberboard, melamine/veneer laminated finish, groove perforated slats (2mm grooves @16mm pitch with 27% open area), backlined with acoustical fleece of 0.27mm thick, surface density 63 g/m2, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, 5-test fire retardant grade, size 128 x2440x16mm, volume density of base board 700 kg/m3, weight 9 kg/m2 installed by using ceiling suspension system.

Rate shall include for preparation of surface, cleaning, curing etc. complete,with all taxes and charges and all as directed by Project officer.

Provididng and Fixing of Aluminium wall guard on sides of the Walls etc as per the instructions of the Project officer

Supply & fixing of 2 hour rated self expandable, UL approved, Fire sealant material suitable for sealing electrical cable try pipes etc. entry cut-outs in concrete/brick wall/ceiling etc as required. Make: 3M, Hiti or Promat., as per the instructions of the Project Officer.

Providing and fixing of Ready made Rubber Speed Breaker of size 500mm x 350mm x50mm,smooth finish solid rubber of one piece construction and shall be supplied with counter sunk 8mm diameter holes in two rows for fixing with not less than 4 holes for each 500mm length. Two night vision reflectors - one on each side of the hump - shall be provided for every 500mm length. All guards shall be of self colour in black and in yellow colour and shall not be painted. The hump shall be of width 350mm with a height of 50mm and shall be supplied in lengths of not less than 500 mm. The humps are to be fixed to the reinforced concrete slab/ roads with M12 expansion fasteners as directed by the Project officer. Providing and fixing to wall bracket of 24-Inch-Wide Angle Security Curved Convex Road Mirror with Diameter of 60cm, Mirror Curvature of 130 degrees and of red color.Viewing distance to be approximately 2m with superior optical quality convex mirror, the back of the mirror shall be with ABS material, eye-catching color with good warning effect.Rate shall include 1 no of convex mirror and 1 no of fittings kit.Rate shall include for preparation of surface, cleaning, curing etc. complete,with all taxes and charges and all as directed by Project officer.

Providing & fixing of Mirror for toilets, 6 mm thk mirror of size, of approved make, with 12 mm thk BWP ply backing as per design. Mirror with backing ply is fixed floated from wall as per design. Edges of ply to be finished with black matt colour of approved make with necessary coats of putty and primer. Rate to include all necessary hardware's, additional protective film to back of mirror as recommended by Mirror manufacturer complete.

PART-15 FAÇADE & GLAZING WORK

Note for items of this Section: Designing, providing, fabricating, testing, protection, installing and fixing in position of façade/structural glazing system for all heights and all levels is in the scope of contractor. The façade/glazing system shall be designed for wind load and contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on intent/ concept drawing along with design calculation considering all parameters and submit for the approval of Project officer/PMC and shall get approval before mockup/ execution of work. The design calculation of façade/glazing system shall consist of load calculations, design methodology, design of various elements, analysis models such as ETABS/STAAD etc. and contractor shall submit the same to Project officer/PMC and get it approved by Project officer/PMC before proceeding with execution of work. Shop drawings shall be prepared for the specified design loads conforming to IS 875 part III (the system must pass the proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure). Work shall be carried out as per final approved shop drawing and approved mockup. The work shall include cost of all mockups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. Contractor shall provide a watertight structural glazing/facade having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the intent drawing, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Project officer/PMC. Contractor shall responsible against stability, safety, leakage, etc all complete.

Unitized Structural glazing System with Vision/Spandrel glass

Design, supply and install unitized four sided structural glazing system curtain wall custom designed to match the elevation and withstand the design wind pressure of 2.5 kPA confirming to IS -875 part III.The system must pass the proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure, with silicon gaskets in exposed grooves and microwave cured EPDM gaskets in unexposed area, structural and weather sealants of Dow Corning or approved make, spacer tape,backer rod, Bracketing system with MS /aluminium alloy of 6005 T6 brackets designed to accommodate three dimensional movements with serrated plate and serrated washers, SS 316 grade fasteners and anchor bolts of approved make, nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic corrosion, flashings to seal the gaps between curtain wall and the building structure all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing in conjunction with BOQ.

The system design shall be based on Non-thermal break principles. The system design shall include pressure equalization with Five barrier gaskets for improved thermal performance and weather performance, drainage at all floor level thru bottom subcill gutter profile, spandrel panel shall have pressure release & condensation drainage provisions, to accommodate building movements, thermal expansions and the seismic movements. All metal joints in the wet area shall be small joint sealant applied to ensure water tightness.

Each glass panel shall be structurally glazed on the main unitised panel profiles. Each glass panel shall be supported for dead load at the bottom of glass in main Unitize system.

The system shall be designed of floor height units with wind resistance subcill gutter at floor level and wind load & Dead load bracket at top with provision to accommodate movement at all floor levels and at every grid panels horizontally.The system shall be designed to accommodate 32 mm thk.DGU in vision area with DGU ( 8mm-12mm-8mm ) with SHGC – 0.24 VLT – 40% U value – 1.8 W/sqmt K /8mm SGU in Spandrel area (Colour to be matched with Vision panel). System shall accomodate openable panel as per architectural requirment in the unitised system as per the design drg. All fix vision glass and openable shall look similar in the elevation.

The design of drain gutter profile container shall be deep enough to contain and drain water entering 2nd barrier. The design shall also provide slope in gutter profile with drain slots of sufficient size.

The complete system shall demonstrate performance for air seal / water seal / structural /seismic requirement .Onsite test for workmanship verification shall be carried out in stages for water penetration hose test as per AAMA 501.2 at minimum 6 locations.

The extruded aluminium sections of Alloy 6063 T5 / T6 & tolerances confirming to DIN / EN standard from approved extruder. The structural profiles shall have minimum wall thickness to satisfy structural stability. All the profiles shall have minimum 60 -80 microns powder coating finish as per AAMA 2604 specification with powder from Akzonoble / Jotun. The non visible aluminium surfaces shall have minimum chromatizing treatment.

All shade approval shall be as per Project officer Approval.

The quote rate shall include all design, engineering & shop drawing approval of all size/shape panels including the curved panel as per building profile and approval from Project officer. The quote rate shall include all statutory obligations and safety code compliance as per PMC.

Providing, supplying, fabricating and fixing panel of aluminium composite panel cladding in approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core (having 2 hours fire resistance in accordance to ASTM E119-12 and EN13501-1 Class B, s1 d0) sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick of AA5005 grade). The Aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF based fluoropolymer resin (having 70:30 ratio of PVDF and Acrylic) coating of approved colour and shade on top face and polymer (Service) coating on bottom face as specified using and fixed over aluminum frames. The panel thus pre-fabricated are to be fixed to suit site conditions. The aluminum panel to be pre-coated with highly weather resistant coating of fluro carbon (PVDF) which can withstand solar radiation and industrial pollution. The main frame work to be fixed to RCC surface, masonry to form suitable grid and aligned to perfect level and form. The aluminum composite panels then to be fixed to the main frame leaving uniform gap of not more than 12mm between adjacent panels and to match adjacent glazing gaps. This gap to be made suitable as weather sealed junction with using exposed sealant surface. With appropriate arrangement for drainage and proper covering for the same as Project officer approval.
