Construction, Transportation and Placing of Accropode II M40 grade for breakwater casted from yard up to placing it at its coordinate and position i.e. including hire charges of cranes, overhead charges, labour amenities lab testing and tidal effect charges including all lead lift charges, royalty charges, loading & unloading charges, placing in position in layers using cranes, floating equipment's, divers tools, as per drawing & Technical specifications and Section 6: Bill of quantities in marine condition etc., complete as per the direction of the Employer.

Wave Wall with Roadway: The Supply & place in position to lines & levels cast in-situ design mix cement concrete of grade M30 including providing formwork shuttering, machine mixing, compacting, curing of concrete, centering, including providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering where required and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface in any shape, providing sealing compounds, compressible filler materials & debonding strips near joints, drain pipes, etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and Section 6: Bill of quantities and as directed with all labour and materials for the wave wall with road way but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement.

Supplying, cutting, bending and fixing in position according to drawings and as directed by the Engineer, “High Yield Strength Deformed” reinforcements of grade Fe 500D including labour, materials, tools transport, equipment, fuel etc. all complete as per specifications and Section 6: Bill of quantities

BREAKWATER TOE PROTECTION WORKS

Setting up the Spud Barge/Jackup barge and connected equipment over location of toe protection wall, including cost of shifting, cost of removal of obstructions, cost of all materials, labour, removal of stone/rock at the pile location, setting up hammer to alignment and correct dimensions, fuel, tools, equipments etc.complete as shown in the drawings, specifications and Section 6: Bill of quantities and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and installation / driving of vertical steel Pipe-Pipe combiwall of grade S355JR conforming to EN10025 having piles of 700mm outer dia with 20mm thick for 15m top length & 16mm thick for balance length as per the drawings. The pile length shall be measured from pile cut off level to the termination level. Item including supplying, cutting, rolling, bending, handling, transportation, associated welding, painting (above MLWS), stiffeners, labour, materials, equipment, accessories, etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and Section 6: Bill of quantities and as directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing and placing of sand filling for tubular piles including ramming, watering etc .complete as per specifications and Section 6: Bill of quantities and as directed by the Engineer In charge. (Inside tubular pile sand filling)

Providing and placing of M20 Concrete fill inside tubular piles for top 300 mm height all complete as per specifications and Section 6: Bill of quantities and as directed by the Engineer In charge.
