PROVIDING SERVICES FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SOLAPOKHARI PUMP HOUSE FILTERATION PLANTS AND IMPOUNDING PUMP HOUSE UNDER GE CHILKA

Operation and maintenance of gravity feed filteration plants (05 Nos) of various sizes of sluice valves, maintaining level of Chlorine and any other chemical used for water treatment as directed, cleaning of chlorine dosing suystem, cleaning of fungus and removing the floating materials from sedimentation tank, aeriators and filter beds cleaning, cutting and removing of vegetations at Solapokhari pump house by deploying 01 FGM (Semi Skilled) per shift of 08 hrs in three shift per day including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed. 1st Shift timing : - 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours. 2nd Shift timing :- 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours 3rd Shift timing :- 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours

Routine cleaning/daily area maintenance in and around pump house,filter beds,pipe lines,valves etc at Solapokhari pump house & impounding pump house and raising mains from Solapokhari pump house to service reservoirs by cutting vegetation,cleaning surrounding area by deploying 01 person ( Un-skilled) per shift of 08 Hrs per day including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed. General Shift timing :- 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs. Note for item srl 1& 2:- (i) Basic mobile phone, emergency light, tools and plant shall be provided by contractor for smooth functioning of installations. (ii) Minimum wages shall be as per notification issued by the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Any increase in wages rates during the period of contract shall be paid by the contractor at his own cost. iii) The quoted rate shall include EPF, ESI, LWC, GST etc as applicable as per current rates / rules. Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of any future enhancement and shall be born by the contractor at his own cost. The contractors shall submit copy of receipts of EPF, ESI as applicable etc in respect of his employees alongwith RAR/FB while claiming payment. (iv) Contractor shall made payment to his employees through Aadhar link bank account and copy of receipt of such payment shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for their verification.

(v) Contractor shall provide log sheet attendance register and other stationery items required for smooth functioning of installation. The rate quoted is inclusive of cost of such items. (vi) Rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of cost of uniform to his employees for wearing during working hours. Pattern of uniform shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (vii) General cleanliness and upkeeping of existing plants shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (vii) In case of non submission of copy of receipt of EPF, ESI etc as applicable, the RAR/Final bill payment with not be entertained by the department for which responsibility shall be rest with the contractor.
