Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 for leak undulation level coat & Pots hole filling. including labour cess, Royalty (Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm (dry and huge surface) on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom completely including the cost of all labour, T&P. including cost of Bitumen, Labour cess etc. (Excluding GST)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.60 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying manually to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508. as per thickness 25mm thick compacted in patches. Including cost of Bitumen, Labour cess etc. (Excluding GST)

Repaire of pots holes and remoove of loose materials, trimming of side, cleaning of surface, providing tack coat, 20 mm thick primix carpat and seal coat type b as per technical specification clausees 19004.2 503 and 508.1. Including cost of Bitumen, Labour cess etc. (Excluding GST)
