Taking up/down carefully ceiling fans 1200/ 1400 mm sweep and exhaust fan/pedestal/air circulator Fan/wall mounted fan any size, any sweep, from various bldgs (Or collecting from MES E/M Store Yard) as directed, opening up for servicing/repairaing, removing dust and dirt, cleaning fan motor with cotton/waste malmal, washing blades with detergent powder, servicing/Oiling, Lathe work if any required and greasing of fan of any size/type by using approprite grade of oil/grease and Replacing defective parts such as armature, conopy, Fan blade, Ball bearing, Fan down rod, shutter/louvers, MS shaft, bush, bearing split pin, rubber bush, holding clamp, capacitor, MS clamps, rubber packing, split pins rubber reel etc, for the smooth and satisfactory functioning and reassembling complete, re-fixing ceiling fan/exhaust fan with proper PVC flexible pipe 20 mm dia, in same position (or deposited to MES Store Yard), connecting to copper flexible cable 40/.0076 size to electrical system and including proper testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Note: (a) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as Supply Only. (b) On testing after completion of repair, if the proper speed/ smootheness is not obtained at Engr-in-Charge satisfoactory level, the reapiring will be re-done by the contractor at his own costs and the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) The contractor shall maintain/open a Workshop and keep his electrician ready during working Hrs (0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) for repair/rewinding pupose, inside MES store Yard so that all the repairing/rewinding of Fans will be done in proper manner, MES authorities will not be issued any Fans, any type, for repaire/rewinding puropse to the contractor for his outside workshop.
Rewinding of AC ceiling fan motor 240 volt, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeve work, varnishing with 'B' class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 0.472mm dia upto connector block, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Motor shall be wound with machine with same No of turns as per existing.
Description all as per ser item No 2 here-in-before but Ceiling Fans of 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.
Rewinding of exhaust fan motor 240 volt, 50 Hz, 300/380 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeve work, varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 40/.0076 mm dia upto connector block complete all as specified and directed. (Motor shall be wound with machine with same No of turns as per existing.)
Descrption all as per ser item No 4 here-in-before but exhaust fans/ wall mounting fan of 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only Capacitor AC 415 volts 2.5 mfd 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Kinjal/Matrix
Description all as per ser item No 6 here-in-before but 3.15 to mfd complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/ Kinjal/Matrix or equivalent.
Supply only for exhaust fan MS shaft for 300 mm to 450 mm size complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan for 1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. Make : SKF /NBC or equivalent.
Supply only of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan for 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. Make :SKF/ NBC or equivalent.
Supply only of ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan/pedestal fan/air circulator/ table fan complete all as specified and directed. Make : SKF/NBC or equivalent.
Supply only of MS fan blade set suitable for Steel body exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep as required complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only of fan blade set heavy duty suitable for PVC/steel exhaust fan/ pedestal/air circulator fan upto 430 mm sweep as required complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only of ceiling fan blade set 1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Bajaj /Crompton/Usha or equivalent.
Supply only of ceiling fan blade set 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj /Crompton/Usha or equivalent.
Supply only of down rod 30 cm long of ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep including clamps, reels lock nuts, split pin etc complete of standard size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply only of PVC insulated twin core twisted copper flexible cable of size 40/0.0076 from connector block to ceiling rose and making connection complete all as specified and directed.
Fan electronic dimmers 450W, 250V flush type on the existing laminated sheet in repair complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only of upper/lower canopy for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fans of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make -: Usha/Orient/ Polar/Khaitan or equivalent.
Supply and fixing for shutter/louver of MS sheet for of size 300 to 450 mm sweep for exhaust fan with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only armature for celling fan suitable for 1200 mm sweep with prewired copper wound armature complete of any type and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply only armature for celling fan suitable for 1400 mm sweep with prewired copper wound armature complete of any type and make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply only of holding clamp for capacitor of ceiling Fans 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only MS Clamps for hanging purpose of ceiling fan with proper rubber reel packing or complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply only for ceiling fans, MS shaft of standard size 1200 mm to 1400 mm size complete all as specified and directed.
