Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (a) Pakur Variety

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removalof loose rust (ifnecessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending tocorrect shape, placing in proper position and binding with16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, completeasperdrawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel II. JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB.

ORIGINAL WORKS Fixing post of iron or precast concrete by digginghole in the ground (inallsortsofsoil)and embedding the same by packing the hole with cement concrete (1:3:6) (withjhamakhoa.ForPurulia, Bankura and Darjeeling Hill by Pakur Variety, Local Black Hard Stone&Bazree respectively) and finishing the top surface to regular shape (as directed) with 15 cm cement plaster (1:6) complete, includingthecostof concrete,plasteretc.but excluding the cost of the post : (i) Average dia. of the hole 200 mm. to 300 mm. (b) Depth exceeding 500 mm. but not exceeding 600 mm. (Cement -9.65 kg/No.)

(a)Supplying, fitting galvanised 3 ply12gauge / 4points line of bar bed wire in fencing (holes already made in the body of the post) or fixed by staples tightening and fixing the wire sintaut condition with straining bolts including the cost of cutting and of lapping joints in the wire as necessary but excluding the cost of galvanised staples,straining bolt and binding wire where necessary. (Payment to be made on the length of individual lines of wire.)

Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees,plants,upto30cm.girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded withbM.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. Fitted and fixed withn ecessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq. mtr.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :(a) On timber or plastered surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

(b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
