SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (SCHEDULE OF ITEMS)

M&L of repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, incl cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtrs lead: with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand)

M&L of removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incl necessary repair to scratches etc complete.

M&L of providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete incl distempering two or more coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper.

M&L of providing and applying one or more coats 1st quality acrylic distempering of approved brand and manufacture.

M&L of finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade in two or more coats @2.20kg/10sqm over priming coat of primer [email protected] ltr/10 sqm and Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade one or more coats [email protected] ltr/10sqm.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

M&L of apply one or more coats of painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work of steel & wooden surfaces.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick factory made veneer lumber door shutter confirming to IS :14616 and TADS 15:2001(PartB)/ three layer particle board FPT-I confirming to IS:848 and pre laminated to IS:12823 Grade-1

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete., Size-600x600mm

Providing and laying Vitrified wall tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints, Size-800x800mm

Providing & laying of premium laminated wooden flooring 8.3+2mm thick & skirting of natural teak color using homogeneous laid over a flooring with rubber based adhesive solution as specified by the manufacturer , in the pattern directed by architect. Clean, dry substrate with a moisture content of less than 2%. The substrate needs to be firmly secured, Smooth, even, and free from abrupt changes in level. The surface regularity when checked with a 3 m straightedge with 3 mm feet at each end, placed anywhere on the surface, will not be obstructed by the substrate. Moisture content at the time of laying to be NOT MORE 6-8%.The engineered boards are to be fully bonded direct to the substrate with adhesive using a 6mm notched trowel to ensure that a full solid bed of adhesive is present under each board. Floor protection with 100 micron plastic sheet between the flooring and wooden floor, joint to be sealed with abro tape.

Dismantling, breaking & Disposing of existing false ceiling(Size-47’x5’) including complete UNSV Gypsum boards, UNSV steel mounting structure as required and also carriage of all unusable material from all floors to Ground floor and stacking them on ground floor within 50 mtrs lead.

Providing and fixing in position GYPSUM FALSE CEILING of India Gypsum make which includes Gl Perimeter Channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one Flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and web of 27mm) as required along with perimeter of roundup, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of Nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm C/C. The suspending Gl intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm C/C with roundup angle of width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners, roundup section of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51 .5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm C/C, 12.5mm tapered edge Gypsum plaster board (conforming to IS 2095-1 982) will then screw fixed to roundup section with 25mm dry wall Philips screws at 230mm C/C. Screw fixing is done mechanically with drilling machine with suitable attachment, finally tapered edges of the Gyp boards are to be jointed and finished flush which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of dry wall top coat suitable for Gypsum plaster board (as per recommended practice of BPB India gypsum) etc., complete as per the recommended practices of India Gypsum. The quoted rate to included all kinds of profiles and cut outs, required for light fixtures, speakers, smoke detector, trap doors and AC grill in the roundup, 2' X 2' trap door, with necessary scaffolding, at all levels etc., complete as per drawing and as directed by Project Manager. All steel sections to be marked with "GYPSTEEL" which is a registered trademark of BPB IGL and hologram.

Dismantling of existing kota stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane with 3 mm thick.
