Disconnecting & taking out existing unserviceable chemical dosing pump of RM - 11 Series in any position, dismantling and opening of pumps for servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling / greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the Pump, fixing in position, connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - (a) The necessary repairs of the pump set shall be carried out in presence of Engineer - in - charge and quoted rates by the contractor for above item includes the transportation charges of pump set to and from workshop. (b) The replacement of items carried out in the pump shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as Supply Only.

Taking down 2-7 HP induction motor of chlorination plant and dismantling burnt winding from the stator and cleaning with CTC and rewinding with super enamelled windin wire heavy duty existing guage with and including of insulating material such as nomex insulating paper ,silicon sleeves, insulating varnish complete all aspecified and directed

Taking down unsv ball bearing from the induction electric motor 2-7 Hp 3 phase any make and any size and S&F ball bearing existing size and Make: SKF/NBC with and including ball bearing grease and required lathe work for making sheet for ball bearing all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 15/ 20 mm bore and S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore fixed to wall with and including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA/ TT Swastik/ Jindal

M&L in repairs of water pressure pump auto starting relay of 1 HP motor as per sample incuding minor repairs and servicing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair pressure booster pump suitable for 3 outlet 220 volt ,minimum head 25 mtr ,1 HP Complete with solenoid switch ,pressure tank monoblock pump complete all as specified and dirceted. Make : Model SJBPS -52820 OF Kirlosker or equivalent of Grundfos/ksb

Dewatering of water in sulice valve pit chamber by pump set/manually opening the sulice valve gland plate chamber filling the gland packing rope of size 6mm to 12m dia as required and fixing the gland plate chamber in same position complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge Note : Necessary T&P used at site shall be arranged by the contractor.

Taking down unserviceable centrifugal pump set any make of capacity 20/30 HP and transporting to civil workshop including necessary loading/ unloading as required and carrying out necessary repair/overhauling of pump set, replacing unserviceable part with new fittings including all lathe work such as remetalling, grinding, polishing etc and retransporting the pump set to station and refixing the same on its original position and carrying out necessary testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - (a) The necessary repairs of the pump set shall be carried out in presence of Engineer - in - charge and quoted rates by the contractor for above item includes the transportation charges of pump set to and from workshop. (b) The replacement of items carried out in the pump shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as Supply Only. (c) Retes quoted by contractor shall deemed to include minor spares such as nut, bolts, washers etc.

Reconditioning of the pump 20 HP by opening and fitting of bearing with shaft into the bearing chamber with replacement of gland packing and bearing lock with cleaning of bearing chamber impeller opening and fitting complete. And machine work of shaft by filling of shaft material and grinding of shaft as per standard size i/c. cost of filling material with repairing and transportation charges from site to workshop and return to site etc complete all as specified & directed.

Making /Providing and fixing of shaft sleeve 20 HP having hardent for shaft & making new coupling, making of gun metal glain plate for both size of pump and making of glain bolts and making of pumps studs and making of gun metal impeller ring and gun metal bush and making of gun metal impeller jali etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of suitable size (as per OEM design) agitator motor drum for ramco dosing plant for mixing of ALTOCH GP Granule powder OR equivalent for chlorination of water complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of suitable size (as per OEM design) agitator motor drum for declibac dosing plant for mixing of ALTOCH GP Granule powder OR equivalent for chlorination of water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotor Assembly single head feed rate control with shaft for declibac dosing system Cat Part No. 5c5040d complete all as specified and directed.
