Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3mm width, using Epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg oforganic coated filler of desired shade 0.10kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin incl filling and finishing complete.

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 200 x 300 mm, 100x200mm, 200x200mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Removing door windows with chowkhats by making access in walls. Removing door + almiras & cup boards are 3 sqm and below

Dismentelling wire gauge with frame work including seprating frame work and putting wire gauge in to rolls.

Hollock wood doors shutter windows shutter including hinges, screws, chocks, cheats, stops cords etc. complete fixed in position. 35 mm thick panneled , glazed or panneled
