M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for treatment of floor slab and walls of water tanks comprising of the following specifications complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Taking out existing plaster and Cleaning the surface by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seepage and where dampness / seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty Sikagard 694 F (I) or equivalent make in Fosroc /Thermax as approve by GE. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of tank with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sandwiched with glass fibre reinforcement : Sika® Fab-1 or equivalent make in Forsro / Thermax as approved by GE over base coat as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+Full vertical height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the Tank (vi) Plaster the bottom and side Walls with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4in two layers mixed with integral water proofing compound SIKA plastocreat Plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approve by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards outlet and making the surface smooth using extra cement.

Taking down cement plaster incl racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 3 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 10cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring complete all as speified and directed

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 type B1 as in flooring and complete all as specified

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing 80 mm bore, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps FI 25x6mm , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.
