Demolition of Brick masonry built in cement mortar complete all as directed and as specified

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surface etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface of walls providing 1 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion including over and including a coat of alklai resitant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet AZ-150, thickness of 0.50 mm of required colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965:2012 as in ridges, hips, valley gutters etc , fixed with self tapping screw and sealing the joints of sheet with epoxy, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, vetical posts including special shaped washer, angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates, base/ bearing plates, bolts and nuts etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to 1161-1979 grade st 240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings (framed work) exc 40 Sq Cm in section, in any position Complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benchings etc.complete all as directed and as specified

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in natural ground and making good disturbed area complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar hole) each n exc 0.5 cum each and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per above items but on vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick cement screed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured/printed tiles in vertical surface of size 450x350x7 mm thick, laid over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work including hangers 4 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia & 40 mm long for false ceiling & 4 mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building board fixed on aluminium framework with screws, complete all as specified.

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm (single rebate) comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer In- Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately

S & F for Factory made solid panel wire gauzed wood grain printed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of wood grain printed PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firml, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing

Taking down the Ceiling/ Exhuast fan of any sweep carefully from its installed position, dismantling complete with down rod ,cleaning of all dust, applying grease for bearings, reassembling the fan and blades, keeping a side safely and hanging / refixing in position after spray ainting and connecting up including provision of 3 core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of fan and testing on completion complete all as directed.

S&F MCB distribution board, SPN 8 Way, Double door, sheet steel, phosphatised, powder painted with bus-bar 200Amp, neutral link, earth bar and din rail , cable ties for cable management, 240 V, complete all as specified.

Excavation in soft / loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

M&L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables complete.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 with flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as directed.

S&F steel tubes light grade galvanised with all fittings such as clamps, nuts and bolts, washers etc fixed to walls/ floors/ poles/ road crossing etc of following sizes 40mm dia bore complete all as directed:-

Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -03 of MES Sch part -I as specified and as directed including the following:- (i) GI earth plate of size 60x 60cm x6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. (vii) 50 mm thick precast cover of reinforced cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with steel rainforcement 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 10 Cm c/c both ways and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 m as directed.
