Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan of any size/sweep/make on any height from it's position, dismantling the fan including preventive maintenance by servicing, greasing, oiling, cleaning external surfaces porperly and replacement of defective spare parts and refixing the same in position including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Minor items i.e. rubber reel, steel pin, nut bolts, washer, fastner & others items as required for smooth function etc is deemed to included in above quoted rate. (ii) Major spare parts like bearing, bush, capacitor, copper wire, canopy & clamp, fan blade etc shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply and fixing in items given here-in-after. (iii) Rewinding required fan shall be dismentled and repair & measured under relevant item given here-in-after. (iv) Testing should be done to repaired fan minimum 24 Hrs continues running in MES store yard before fixing at site complete.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan of any size/sweep/make on any height from it's position, dismantling ceiling fan of 1400mm ( size/make) and taking out existing burnt out winding wire of motor and rewinding the same after proper cleaning with super enamelled copper wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve the desired RPM, cleaning and replacement of bearings, bushes, capacitor etc as required and testing complete on completion for old model ceiling fan having requirement of super enamelled copper winding wire exceeding 500 Gms and not exceeding 1000 Gms for each fan and testing all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L single coat painting of ceiling fan of any sweep with 1st grade quality premium high gloss enamel paint by spraying, filling cavites with filler including necessary preparation of surface duly demarking fan Nos by black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Bearing as per existing size and make of original manufacturer of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 2.5 Mfd paper insulated capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 4 Mfd paper insulated capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) any make and capacity from clamps/ bolts including disconnecting water and electric connection and refixing the same and connecting up after cleaning of geyser and repair in E/M yard or site bringing out inner tank , geyser apparatus (Flange), thermostat, indicator lamp and reassembling complete after carrying out repair and replacement of wornout parts complete. Note :(i) Petty stores like insulation tape, screws, small piece of cable & others items as required for smooth function etc is deemed to included in above quoted rate. (ii) Major spare parts like worn out spares/repair of leakage of inner tank, thermostate, heating elemant, Geyser flange assembly, Indicating lamp, Fusible plug, Glass wool, safety valve and fastner etc shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply and fixing in items given here-in-after. (iv) Defect developed while taking out the geysers, such as leaking of joints, damaging of thread of pipe/geyser and other GI fittings such as elbow, nipple, union, socket, etc shall be rectified/replaced by the contractor at his own cost.
