Opening of jumpers from 05 MVA transformer no.2, cutting of damaged leed approx 30 cms and again lugging each jumpers total 03 nos for LV side connecting, bolting and tighting of jumper with "L" pieces and proper clamping of cables complete work as per norms.
Opening of HV, LV and Nutral side bushing connection of 05 MVA transformer, replacement of 03 nos damaged bushing rods (Top side spiral broken and melted) and drain out of transformer oil form main tank to empty oil tank complete work as per norms.
Removing of dameged Gasket of HV, LV and Nutral side bushing, radiators air, releasing plug, OTI, WTI, MOG. Replacement of new gasket & its fixing after proper cleaning complete work as per norms.
Replacement of Gasket of main top cover and radiator with new gasket & its fixing after proper cleaning complete work as per norms.
Filling of oil from above oil tank & centrefusing of transformer oil of power transformers installed at 33 KV substaion complete work as per norms.
Scrubing, rubbing & cleaning of transformer and body. Arrenging of silica gel, breather and filling them along with silica gel and oil pot. Arraengement of protection indication board (Low-oil, WTI & GAS form indicator) complete work as per norms.
Repairing and overhauling of 33 kv isolator & oiling and greasing for smooth operation complete work.
Proper wiring of 33 kv control panel for smoth operation of equipments installed at substation complete work as per norms
