Supply installation testing & commissioning of solar water heating system having ISI marked (Flat collectors) having capacity 1000 Ltrs/day with electrical back up system of 3 KW (03 Nos for each) with and including making electrical connection as required to make the system functional & connecting up with hot & cold water line complete all as specified & directed. Note:Point wiring shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for GI pipe medium grade of size 15 mm nominal bore for cold/hot water pipe including tee, elbow, bends, union, sockets etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 25mm bore hot water pipe duly insulation with two layers of rock wool and aluminium cladding, including tee, elbow, bends, union, sockets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene,three layer water storage tank of capacity 1000 Ltrs. (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in posiotion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (M-15) using nominal size of graded coarse aggregate in 40mm foundation of solar water tank & water heater tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both end for iron pipe 25mm & fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both end for iron pipe 15mm & fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed bracket of angles or tees cut to shape for making stand and ladder, cut to shape drilled and counter sunk for screw including bending and welding angles, reveting etc as necessary confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bib tap cast copper alloy with clutch or butter fly handle screwed down for iron pipe 15mm bore or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB / MCB distribution board, Vertical TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC with MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and distemper paint, so as to match with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note : MCCB / MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole, 415 V, 50 Hz breaking capacity 25kA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MCB, TP, AC, 415 volts of 63 Amps capacity 10KA, 'C' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable of size 25 Sqmm 4 core, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, PVC insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to latest IS, laid in trenches / ducts or fixed to poles / walls or laid under roads / paths / drains / culverts duly protected in galvanised steel pipe of suitable size all bare conductor of cable duly insulated 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable sleeve including cable gland and lugging etc at both ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing three phase sub main wiring, single core 6 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS-H) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia or more medium grade, open on surface / wall along with 6.00 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS-H) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good to disturbed portion,by applying wall putty, cement plaster, distemper paint etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (4x6.0 sq mm +1x6.0 sq mm earth wire) five run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure of 32 Amp 3 pole including MCB TP (32Amp) , three phase industrial type plug & socket, suitable for 415 volts AC supply with earth,IP-30 protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning, factory assembled diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to given an output of 50 KVA /40 KW( or nearer higher size), developing suitable BHP continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine comprising ISO 3046, IS 10002, BS 5514 at Pump House No 2. DG Set shall be water cooled mounted on common base frame with AC Alternator complete with fuel tank provided within canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories, including PCC /RCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads (AVM), control panel, MCCB of 125 KVA, 25 KA 4 pole, multifunction electronic meter and other accessories etc and comprising of the following with latest CPCB IV norms.

(I) Engine :- (a) HS Diesel driven 3/4 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled with blower fan engine and fully controlled by Electronic Engine control module IS/IEC 60034-1, (b) Dry type air cleaner (c) Turbocharger (d) Fuel injection pump system with mechanical governer (e) Stop solenoid (f) Integral set-mounted radiator system, designed for 50°C ambient temperature ƒƒ (g) Lube oil filter & Fuel oil filter (spin on type)ƒƒ ƒƒ (h) 1 Nos of 12 V DC lead acid batteries having minimum 2 year warrenty with terminals and cables. (j) Electrical self stator.ƒƒ (k) Battery charging alternatorƒ, 12 V DC, Fuel pipe C Class STIC of suitabale size (l) Emergency stop button (II) Alternator :- (a) Alternator, suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 RPM 415 V, 0.8 PF, 50Hz, 3Ph. in SPDP enclosure, self- excited & self-regulated, Brush less, Exitation type floor mounted with Ball or Bearings on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition

(III) Standard Gen Set controller Unit withControl Panel :- Genset controller unit with totally enclosed, steel construction control panel suitable for indoor floor / wall mounting installation having following safeties and display parameters. (a) Gen-set Display Parameters -Phase Voltage, Line current, Frequency & PF, Average Voltage, Average Current, Phase kW & Total kW, kWH & kVA & kVAR (b) Engine Display parameters - Oil Pressure, Engine Temperature, Fuel Status, Engine speed, Battery Voltage, Engine Hours (c) Mechanical Safeties (along with display) - Under/over speed, Low Lube oil pressure, High engine coolant temperature, Low Coolant temperature, Low coolant level, Low fuel level, High canopy temperature (d) Electrical Safeties (along with Display) - Genset Under/Over voltage, Under/Over frequency, Phase Failure, Phase sequence reverse, Over Current, over kw, surge protection. ƒ(IV) Silencer :- Silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB

(V) Mounting Arrangement and Fuel tank :- Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS/steel sheet metal fabricated base frame with AVM pads. ƒƒBase frame with integral fuel tank having storage capacity not less than 8 hrs factory made HR/MS Sheet of suitable thickness is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning (VI) Acoustic Enclosure :- 1. The enclosure is modular in construction 2. Base frame is made of Sheet metal. ƒƒ 3. Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors. ƒƒ 4. Doors are gasketed with high quality EDPN gasket. ACOUSTIC INSULATION: 1. Sound proofing of the enclosure done with quality Foam confirming to IS: 8183. 2. Acoustic form shall be fire retarded and fire resistant. 3. Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit to and from the container. 4. Specially designed Residential Silencer is provided. VENTILATION AND AIR CIRCULATION: Exhaust pipe is thoroughly insulated by covering it with glass wool and further cladded in Enclosure.

ELECTRICAL: Neutral Body earthing points at the sides of enclosure are isolated through Dough Moulded compound. SAFETIES: Emergency push button to stop the DG set from outside, Lub oil level, Lub oil pressure, Fuel level indicator, coolant level, Canopy temperature, High engine temperature Note : a) PCC foundation for DG Set will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of this schedule. b) First fill of oil, coolant as per OEM Recommendation and diesel for testing of 12 hrs as per CA Provision deemed to be included in quoated rate.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable FRLS-H drawn in and including surface PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with all accessories, with PVC 1.5 Sqmm multi standard insulated unsheathed copper wire for continuous earth, sunk in cast iron/MS terminal box duly painted with aluminum inside and anticorrosive paint out side with 2.8 mm thick laminated white bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. (a) One light point /Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch with cable 1.5sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100V grade multistranded copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm size (FRLS-H) incl suitable size PVC casing and caping fixed in wall surface type incl one run 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement switch piano flush type polycarbonate single pole one way 5 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite, three terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB.

Supply and fix PVC inlet/outlet connector pipe 450mm long for geyser, heavy duty, with brass coupling both ends sutiable to fix geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair angle stop valve, brass chronium plated, 15mm bore screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends fixed to GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair bib tap chromium plated of size 15 mm, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing steel tubing for alterations or additions for 15 mm bore GI pipes (Each cut measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair & laying GI tubing medium grade of 15 mm bore dia with one socket, both end threaded in any length including cutting threading connection in new or old position and all type of GI new fittings for laid in trenches/wall/ceiling/ floor/ all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fix electtic water, heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value of 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified & directed.

Ditto all as above but of size 1400mm with Min Air delivery 245 CFM.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep, 900 RPM with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified & directed.

Ditto all as per item no 33 but size of 380mm sweep

Ditto all as per item no 33 but of size 450 mm sweep heavy duty.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm.x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting & making all necessary in walls/window by cutting/opening /drilling/ of wall/existing window, to fixing of exhaust fan on plywood of size minimum 12mm thickness cut to shape, suitable for 300mm to 450 mm metal body exhaust fan and finishing the disturbed surface and existing colours complete all as specified & directed.
