Dismantling of floor /skirting ( terrazzo/ PCC / Ceramic Tiles) including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and removing the rubbish from the site complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for double charge vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (of approved coloured shade) of size 600x 600mm, 9 to 10 mm thick in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over cement screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser etc including a layer of screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 300x600x7mm to 8 mm thick including 10mm thick layer of screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface of tiles as in skirting and dado etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 300x300x7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeing 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11sqm in floors etc including 15mm thick layer of screed bed in CM 1:6 on floor surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement & pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including a layer of screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 and pointed with grey cement & pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specfied and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20mm thick as in counter slabs of WHB,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding, chamfering edges, cutting & polishing etc complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for 20 - 25mm thick machine cut koa stpne slab flooring including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, grinding, chamfering edges etc complete all as speciifed and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or lime mortar including al quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for Brick work with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on any brick surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying High build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray/brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 350% and tensile strength of 4.7 N/mm2 as per AST D412, crack bridging ability of 3mm. The system includes final base preparation, water based epoxy primer and applying Smart Care PU Magnum of SIKA or other equivalent brand of manufacture as per Appx B in two coats to achieve a minimum thickness of 1.2 mm, etc. complete as per Manufacture specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacture as per manufacturer's instruction and documentary proof of the same to be produced for verification & approval of GE. (ii) The contractor shall render 10 year service guarantee for the WPT from date of completion of CA.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in coping, bed block, haunching/ benching of drains/coving/ sides of any type of tiles and roof junction with parapet wall etc and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including necessary excavation and removal of rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rubber moulded decorative designed coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25 mm thick fine sand cushioning including rolling /compacting the finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild Steel work in tubular trusses (unframed) made of hollow section (square/ rectangular) Yst-240 grade including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, made of hollow section (square/ rectangular) Yst-240 grade purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 and Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) cutting, welding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing for new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide zink chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete as specified.

S&F for pre-painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based steel sheets of Trapezodial profile having pitch 190mm, depth 29mm and thickness 0.50mm (Galvalume base-PPGL trapezoidal profile sheets) strength 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.
