Providing one course of best pressed tiles of size 230x230x 20mm as weathering course for roof slab embedded in 12mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil @ 10% by weight of cement over a bed of brick jelly in pure slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.50 (32 parts of Brick jelly to 12.5 part of lime) to an average thickness of 80mm laid with required slope well beaten with wooden mallet and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost of all materials, Labour, curing, Lead, Lift etc., complete.
