M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles 600x300x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces (including designed borders ) such as skirting and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles laid over rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of Designer border in vertical surface shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish inluding Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in (1:6) for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 14 above but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type and colour) 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid in floors/Jambs/WHB conters and all other similar works in approved design laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.
