1.0 Proper surface preparation of primer/paint over towers, columns, vessels, heat exchangers, gas cylinders, steel sheets/plates used for structural purposes, chimneys, bunkers transformers, equipments, steel strutures, hand railings, toe guards, ladders, pipe lines, pipe fittings, pipe suports, cabletrays etc. at any height in the plant.

1.1- Surface preparation and one coat chlorinated rubber paint suitable for temperature upto 120o C [Refer Table-I at S. No I(a) of technical terms & conditions].

1.2- One coat high build zinc phosphate primer & two coat chlorinated rubber paint suitable for temperature upto 120o C [Refer Table-I at S. No I(b) of technical terms & conditions].

1.3- Surface preparation and one coat epoxy finish paint suitable for temperature upto 120o C [Refer Table-I at S. No. I(c) of technical terms & conditions].

1.4- One coat epoxy red oxide zinc chromate primer & two coat epoxy finish paint suitable for temperature upto 120o C [Refer Table-I at S.No. I(d) of technical terms & conditions].

Scope of Work: Party has to make their own arrangement for the Machines, Air Compressor, Sand and proper covering of the Area, so that Plant Area is not disturbed due to this activities etc., required for execution of the job.
