Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded agg) as in copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including from work and finishing all exposed surfaces complete.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggrgate) as benching of manholes , surface channels, drains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick surfaces and stone surfaces in CM 1:4 finished to even and smooth surfaces without ushing extra cement (Mixing of integral WPC in the proportion as mentioned in manufactures intructions complete all as specified and directed.(WPC will be measured & paid seperately under supply only)

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) in manholes cover slab and set in CM 1:4 including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking. Bending, spirally, hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars including making joints and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors (un re-inforced) and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path and paving etc finishing the surface even and fair with brooming without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new surface of walls and apply Two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmX25cmX22mm thick,set jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments (Glossy finish) and including over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc and as approved by Engr-in-charge.

M&L providing pre-cast cement concrete kerb stone setting in mortar in walls on (1:4) type B-1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum filling in foot path, 7.5 cm spread thickness, watering, ramming, rolling with hand roller and finishing to required size, slope etc not exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

S & F (PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubble ring joints as in weep hole or laid in trenches or in Floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 73400.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
