(b) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a max pressure 3300 PSI (c) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface (d) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film is included in quoted rate of this item (e) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. (f) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (e) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove & clear all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor glasses & joinery, mats etc included in quoted rate. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed

Notes:(a) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of Scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is included in this item.
