SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF TRANSFORMERS AND ALLIED WORK SERVICES AT AF STN FARIDABAD UNDER GE (AF) FARIDABAD

Supplied, installed, testing and commissioning of indoor type, floor mounted step down transformer 11/0.433 KVA (at no load) AC 3 phase, 50 Hz 500 KVA capacity , core type , double copper wound oil immersed naturally cooled, oil natural -air natural with external cooling tubes delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celcious in oil and 55 degree celcious in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celcious. The transformer shall be IS-1180-2014, Level -2 marked and shall comprise of the followings :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out 3 core 120 Sq mm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out of 03 nos single core 300 sqmm and one No single core 240 sqmm LT 1100 volts grade PVC/XLPE insulated and sheathed heavy duty armoured cabes including joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain vlave and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel) (e) Explosive vent, thermometer, pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge oil drain filter ,valve lifting, lugs ,oil filling hole, with cap/plug with connection plate complete air release valve plug and 4 nos plain solid cast steel detachabble rollers.

(f) One No of 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having temperature range 0-120 degree celcious with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with resetting device. (g) Two earth terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6 mm GI earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) Oil first filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.

M&L for triple pole switches air break gang operated mechanically operated (Operating mechanism complete with and including operating GI pipes, phase coupling shaft, operating handle with pad lock arrangement) mounted on insulator (fifteen insulator) and steel frame complete with operating mechanism (including spring loaded mechanism set of three for expulsion fuses) worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps and 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, of size 120 sq mm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 1100 Volt grade, of size 300 sq mm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lightening arresters expulsion type complete will all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for 11000 Volts all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports angle iron, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as direced by Engineer in charge including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60x6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below in normal ground level with top edgeof the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level.) the electrode sorrounded by adequate unit of charcoal dust and salt on all sides and indluding GI earth strip of size 32 x 6mm bolted (with GI bolts, nuts and checknuts) and riveted to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc. GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all GI fittings from upper edge of plate of body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 6mm GI iron clamps and also including provision of 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe from bottom of earth plate to ground level for watering complet including earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1,40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 10cm c/c on both sides and handle, excavaction and earth work in any type of soil and removal upto 50mtr, watering arrangements with funnel etc. Complete all as specified and shown in electricplate No 3 of SSR -2009.

Supply and fixing light grade galvanised iron pipe conforming to IS : 1239 and ISI marked with all fittings fixed on walls/poles, crossing of road etc for protection of cable of sizes 80mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested (including CPRI type tested certified) LT Panel board ,cubical, indoor type, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of rating 1000 amps rating installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-54 class protection and made of 2.00 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size and comprising of the following :-

OUTGOING : (i) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts grade 350 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity,with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting - 1 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts grade 250 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity,with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting - 02 Nos (One Spare) (iii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts grade 200 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity,with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting -02 Nos (One spare)

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep for cable, poles etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of surplus excavated soil to distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable using fine sand (Jamuna dry and clean sand ) in two layers , first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick (Punned down to 100 mm thick) after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 180 mm thickness only will be considered for the purpose of payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type-I, flat of size 300mm x 180mmx40mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 51,020.00
