Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm(three hundred millimeters) below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 for sub-grade construction as per technical specification clause 303.5.2 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per tables 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads and lifts laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification clause 504 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.0 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square meter) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause –502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion (RS-1) distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg. (zero point two zero to zero point two five kilogram ) per sqm on the prepared bitumen surfaces and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimeters) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH (one hundred-one hundred twenty ) batch type hot mix plant producing an average output 75 (seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30(VG-thirty) @ 5 to 5.5% (five to five point five percent) by weight of mix and filler, 2% (two percent) as per job mix formula transporting the hot mix to site of work, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respect including repair of pot holes (for which nothing shall be paid extra) as per MORD direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Construction of V-Shape drain with cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters nominal size) with thickness of concrete 10cm (ten centimeters) and size of drain 45x25 cm( forty five into twenty five centimeters) including cost of from work with steel plate excavation in earth work in all kind of soil and curing complete as per drawing and technical specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete grade (M-10) design mix on ground for under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water compelete for all heights and depths including cost of form work for plain concrete in open fourndation for all types of structures complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed cement concrete grade( M-20 )(M-twenty ) design mix with minimum cement content 250kg (two hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre for plain /reinforcement concrete in open foundation complete including cost of form work steel plate complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802, 803 1202 & 1204 including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50(M-fifty) grade including border or kerb block grey or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25mm (twenty millimeters) thick average thickness of cement 1:4 (one cement: four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks including curing rubbing and polishing complete (sub base concrete) floor to be paid for 80mm( eighty millimeters) thick inter locking blocks of N.T.C make or its equivalent BIS certified blocks and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Road marking with applied thermoplastic compound with refectorising glass board on bituminous surfaces providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms/sqmt. (two hundred fifty grams per square meter ) area thickness of 2.5mm (two point five millimeter) in exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be uniform and free from streaks and holes as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
