REPAIRS TO ROOF CHAJJAS PLASTERING WATER PROOFING TREATMENT ETC IN CERTAIN BLDGS

Removal of Plants/ Shrubs grown on walls/ slabs/beams by making holes or demolition of concrete etc , within a surface area n exc 0.1 Sqm and including applying suitable chemical for killing the roots of Plants, filling of holes with concrete and making good complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate includes scaffolding required for upto 15 Mtr heigh buildings.

Chipping/removing loose concrete in cloumns/beams/ chajjas/roof slab etc. up to reinforcement bars without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose material and to make all the exposed surface free from dust and all impurities etc complete all specified and directed.

Removing corrosion of steel reinforcement by mechanical means like wire brushing, chipping to remove loose rust and then applying rust removal solution Reebaklens RR of Fosroc or equivalent by using brush application, leaving the surface for at least 15 to 30 minutes, then removing loose materials by scrubbing or with brush and applying anti corrosive coating to reinforcement Nitozinc primer of Fosroc or equivalent all as recommended by product manufacturer and as directed by E-I-C complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for providing additional reinforcement by welding or by any established methods to increase the strength of RCC as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- Making and filling of holes for anchoring rods will be measured and paid separately.

Drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at every 300mm c/c on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using water and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 2/3rd of the hole with the Lokfix E75 of Fosrock or equivalent. Make sure that the resin has reached till the end of the hole. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for minimum 20 minutes complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying one coat of structural grade epoxy coat by brush of approved make . Mixing of two components will be as directed by manufacturer and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make suure that it should be applied not more than 5 hours before application of micro concrete/polymer mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.. Make :- Nitobond EP of FOSROCK or equivalent

Providing and applying n exc 40 mm thick (In layers of each 10mm thick) Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP 40 of Fosroc or equivalent mixed with water in a water & powder ratio 0.18 in ceiling of roof slab/Chajjas/Beams/Parapet walls etc . Note:- Quoted rate for this item and relevant items are deemed to be included for providing scaffolding for working in patches (Approx n exc 1 Sqm) upto a height of 15 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing loose or damaged APP membrane patches n exc 2 sqm by cutting the required patch and prepare the patch to recive new membrane treatment and providing APP based polymeric water proofing membrane 4 Kg/Sqm incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 0.2 Kg/sqm followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 15 cm end overlap all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20mm machine made laid over & including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement after taking out existing damaged tiles in patches n exc 0.5 sqm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and application of 5 layer SHR waterproofing coating system as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete roof surfaces by through surface preparation with high pressure water jet min 125, bars opening the cracks followed by one absorption coat of nano tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulision having UV resistance and min 50% solid filling and sealing the cracks then over coating with 2 coats of NEEWP+cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% elongation . The surfaces is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min 02 days and then top coated with 2 coats of SHR coating pure acrlic based, UV resistant non yellowing, bioorganism resistance (anti fungal, anti bacterial) conforming to BIS STD is 17218:2019 with pull of adhension 2.8 MPA, passed 2000 Hrs acclerated durability test suitable for all type of cementitious surfacs, white colour, matt,surface coverage 2.35 sqm/ltr/2 coats, DFT 100-120 microns using brush,roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The application is to be done by company approved applicator only, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in other than ground floors landings, chajjas and similar work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete type 1:2:4 B1 (using 20mm graded aggrigate) as in chajja complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate for this item and relevant items are deemed to be included for providing scaffolding upto a height of 15 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to flat chullah hoods, chajja, troughs and similar items including edges and rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete type 1:2:4 B1 (using 20mm graded aggrigate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

M&L for flat formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coloumn, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and setting in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified

Demolition of cement conrete (Un reiforced) in pavings n exc 15 cm thickness, and in above ground floor.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded aggregate in bed plates for water tank base etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings, etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M & L Rendering in CM 1:3, 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling.surface all as specified.

M&L for Rendering with WPC in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on othe than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M & L prepaeation newly plastered of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Intergral waterproofing compound

Taking up or down and refixing steel/PPR/CPVC tubing and connections, for 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existings PVC water tank upto 500 Ltr capacity , setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs, claening, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position. (Cleaning repairings, etc. measured sepaeately).
