DISMANTLING: Dismantling of existing flooring and fitouts as per the new interior execution, that includes dismantling of floor tiles, existing wall interiors, partitions, electrical wiring, and removal of waste items, complete in all respect.

AIR CONDITIONING: Supply and fixing of Ductable Air conditioner unit of 8.5 Tr with spiral ducting open on the ceiling hanged with metal rod and fasteners, complete in all respect.

TILING WORK: Providing and laying in position vitrified tiles of min size 1200 x 600 mm of approved shade and make, over a base of 3/4" thick 1:3 Cement Plaster (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand), including laying tiles to approved pattern, applying Laticrete epoxy grout, cleaning, curing etc. complete at all levels; i/c mitering edges and providing PVC edge trims at corner edges. Please note that no separate payment for wall plastering shall be made for areas where ceramic tile dado has been specified, since this rate is inclusive of the plaster base, as mentioned above. Skirting fixed flush to the wall. Rate to include chasing, fixing, and making good the wall and plaster as also making 6x6 groove in plaster. (Base Price - Rs.75)

PLASTER OF PARIS (POP): Providing and laying 6mm thick P.O.P Coating on walls.

PAINT WORK: Supply and application of washable interior grade on walls with 1 coat of wall primer and 2 or more coats of Royal/ Premium/ Plastic emulsion paint as per manufacturer's specifications etc. all complete. All painting final coats to be done after removal of face plates of switch boards in coordination with the electrical contractor and face plates to be fixed only after satisfactory completion of painting. (New Wall Job Work) Application of Altek / Birla or equivalent Putty to wall surfaces. Putty not to be applied on those surfaces which are getting panelled.

SIGNAGES: All the signages, such as front façade light sign board with the logo of HAFED BAZAAR and back of the reception signages in interiors, complete in all respect. Hafed bazaar 3 D letters with logo made of cast acrylic sheet 2.8 mm thick Letters height 8.5 inch, depth 2.5 inch Led modual light- Samsung brand Power Supply- Rain water proof

FIXED FRONT GLASS AND DOORS WITH S/S HANDLES: Main entry fix toughened glass of 12mm thick with pair of glass shutters with all necessary patch fittings , complete in all respect including transportation and installation.

GYPSUM PANELLING ABOVE DISPLAY RACKS: Gypsum partition- Frame work is done by GI sections with 12mm thick gypsum Board both the sides with jointing tape on the joints wherever required, complete in all respect. Total thickness of partition would be 75mm.

Granite Stone Flooring: Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick granite stone in any shade in flooring, treds, steps & counter wash basin over the bed 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3, and filling joints with white cement slurry with matching pigment with shade complete as per direction of Engineer on charge.

FEATURE WALL / GREEN WALL: Providing and fixing of green wall, with 12mm thick ply panelling on the wall, 45mm thick designer grass of size 400x400 with 50mm thick wooden shelfs as per the drawing, complete in all respect.

CASH COUNTER: Providing and fixing Cash counter of Size 1800x1050x600 with side unit of size 1500x450x750mm made of 19mm thick waterproof commercial ply with 1mm thick laminate on both the sides with 2mm thick edge band tape with 3 drawer unit , complete in all respect as per the image shared.

CASH COUNTER BACK WALL: Providing and fixing back wall with 12mm thick ply panelling on the wall with 8mm thick designer lacquered glass with hafed logo printed, with 6" wooden border as a frame, complete in all respect.

METAL DISPLAY RACKS: Metal display racks of standard 7 feet height along the wall made of CRCA pipe frame with wooden shelfs made of 50mm thick waterproof commercial ply with 1mm thick laminate on both sides. The metal is duly powder coated of minimum 50/60 microns as per the desired colour.

ROUND DISPLAY RACKS: Round Metal display racks of standard 4 feet height made of CRCA pipe frame with wooden shelfs made of 50mm thick waterproof commercial ply with 1mm thick laminate on both sides. The metal is duly powder coated of minimum 50/60 microns as per the desired colour.

METAL TROLLEYS WITH WHEELS: Providing metal trolleys made of SS 304 grade with 4" wheels with lock/unlock wheel feature complete in all respect.
