SCHEDULE 'A' PART I Outsourcing of manpower for manning and operation of water supply pumping sets for the following Locations:- (i) 23 FD wksp, 471 Engr Bde, 67 & 122 Engr Regt pump house with DG Set one FGM (skilled) in each shift of 08 Hours in two shifts (ii) 14(I) Armd Bde ,Shivaji enclave, Armd KLP, & UAH Hanger Pump House in Shiva Ji Enclave pump house with DG set one FGM (skilled) in each shift of 08 Hours in two shifts (iii) 36 FAD pump house with DG Set one FGM (skilled) in each shift of 08 Hours in two shifts (Note: The total sum of the quoted rates of sub items 1.01, 1.02, 1.03 , 1.04 & 1.05 shall be considered as the quoted rate for this main item No. 1.00 during payment.) (Refer also note on Annexure 'A' to schedule 'A' Notes)

Basic rate for one FGM (skilled) Note:- (i) If the quoted rate is lower than the prevailing minimum rate as on the bid submission end date then the bid shall be treated as non bonafide and it shall not be considered for acceptance. (ii) Payment shall only be made after submission of valid and authentic documents in support of proof of payment.

Employer's contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for one FGM (skilled) Note:- (i) If the quoted rate is lower than the prevailing minimum rate as on the bid submission end date then the bid shall be treated as non bonafide and it shall not be considered for acceptance. (ii) Payment shall only be made after submission of valid and authentic documents in support of proof of payment.

Contractor's overhead and profit for one FGM (skilled) Note:- Quotation with ‘Nil’ or ‘Zero’ consideration (overhead profit) shall be considered non bonafide.

Labour welfare cess (LWC) for one FGM (skilled) on serial item No.1.01 ,1.02 & 1.03 Note:- (i) If the quoted rate is lower than the prevailing minimum rate as on the bid submission end date then the bid shall be treated as non bonafide and it shall not be considered for acceptance.

Goods and Service Tax (GST) for one FGM (skilled) on serial item No.1.01 ,1.02 , 1.03 & 1.04

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II Dismantling the electric induction motor AC 3 Phase, capacity of 75 HP , 440 Volt, 1440 RPM, 50Cycle of Make Kirloskar from the foundation and pump after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and transportation to civil workshop and back for repair / rewinding, strip opening the motor and removing of defective burnt winding, rewinding the motor after cleaning the rotor and stator with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete motor and re-fixing at site with electric cable connection, earthing and testing the motor on full load at site after coupling the pump for its serviceability up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as directed.

Lifting the defective bore well submersible pumping set of capacity 30 HP complete after disconnecting electric cable connection and transportation to civil workshop and back for repair and rewinding of bore well submersible electric motor 30 HP by using PVC insulated copper conductor winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete submersible motor pump, lowering including reconnecting the electric cable connection and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The rates for minor repair, jointing and jointing materials are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) PVC Super enameled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as supply only. (iii) Ball bearing if replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as supply only. (iv) The rate of Minor repair like shaft grinding including filling material will be inclusive of quoted rates is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) The T & P / vehicles will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and arrangment for transportation of submersible pumping set to civil workshop for repair and back and the cost of this aspect is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (vi) During measurment of work location ,MES No and Machine No. shall be entered in MB.

Disconnecting the centrifugal pumping set of capacity 75 HP make Kirloskar and model UP 150/45 from motor and all water connections and removing / taking up from foundation, and transportation to civil workshop and back for repair / strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective / unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete. Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc. with supply and fixing with new nuts,bolts , gasket etc. and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out CI foot valve of size 100mm from jack well /sump and fixing the same in original positions after fixing Leather buffalow, nut bolts & oil imeressed graphite gland packing of required sizes of superior quality complete all as required at site.
