Dismantling of pole of CGL make 132 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker of following feeders at 220 KV Substation Phulpur for attending gas leakage.
132 KV Bus Coupler (Type 120-SFM-32B, Mfy. 2011) - 01
132 KV Teliyarganj-II (Type 120-SFM-32B, Mfy. 2008) - 01
Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 132 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker. Job includes opening of Y-phase assembly from upper and lower terminal flanges, cleaning of all groves of flanges and porcelain with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings by applying annabond adhesive. Reasssembly of pole then evacuation of pole upto 760 mm Hg after testing of vacuum for 12 hours and satisfactory result, refilling of SF-6 gas upto required level. Checking of proper operation of circuit breaker from local and remote. cost includes all materials, T&P and other associated work excluding SF-6 gas.
