Short Term Maintenance Contract STMC work from Km 34.000 to Km 56.000 Km 64.000 to Km 80.000 and Km 94.500 to Km 111.710 Km. of NH 117 New NH12 under National Highway Division I in the district of South 24 Parganas during the year 2025 26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 201)

Cutting of branches of trees shrubs and trimming of grass and weeds Cutting of shrubs from the road way or with in R.O.W and disposal of shrubs to suitable locations as per technical specifications Clause 1914 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Cutting of branches of trees and shrubs from the road way or with in R.O.W including disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location as per technical specification Clause 1914 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Cleaing slab/ box type culverts and pipe culverts including clearing, cleaning and reshapping of upstream and down stream faces of these culverts with in right of way. The job includes disposal of excess material recovered from site including vegitation outside ROW with all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Frequency of cleaning will be two times in a year i.e. before and after monsoon.)

Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed

Providing, laying and compacting Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam complete as per technical Specification Clause no. 505 including tack coat as per Technical Specifications Clause no.503.

Tack coat on Bituminous surface by RS1 Bitumen Emulsion Bulk Type Cationic emulsion @ 0.25kg/sqm

Providing, laying and compacting Bituminous Concrete as per technical Specification Clause no. 507 including tack coat as per Technical Specifications Clause no. 503

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using. Type B seal coats (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 511).
