Excavation in foundation ,trenches etc .in earth work, lift upto 1.50mts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers , when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters. (Pick work +Jumper work 50% in ratio)

Proving and Laying Plastic roofing compound standard block (using 2.75kg per Sqm) over a surface painted with cold plastic roofing liquid compound at 0.24 liter per sqm including sand over the top surface at 6 cub/m or(0.006cum)per sqm etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick Prepainted steel sheet in roofing with lot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified Polyester (RNP)organic coating of 20microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with Prepainted iron J or L looks bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with Prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60cm overall 0.60mm thick Prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified Polyster organic coating of balk coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns Primer coating i/c fixing with Prepainted iron J or L hooks ,bolts and nuts 6mm dia with Prepainted G.I.limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC( D-Plast) rain water Pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete.(100mm dia Pipe)

Steel Work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint .In beams joists channels ,angle tee flats with connecting Plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams ,hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

P/F moulded hand rail of M.S. Hollow pipe 50mm dia welded instraight length over M.S. flate at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide. Priming coat complete (M.S. flate & balusters of railing shall be measured & Paid separately).

Removing old paint or polish from wood and wood based surfaces with paint remover of approved brand and manufacture and making. The surface even with paint remover of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces, with ready mixed Paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign malter sand papering and stopping. Ready mixed Paint other than white.

Polishing two coats with French Polish on new wood and wood based surface to give an even surface , including the surface of all dirt dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filter.

Applying Birla white wall care Putty over plaster surface after thought brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose material and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Finishing wall with weather Proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apex ultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surface (two coat)to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning. The surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand Paper Smooth complete.

Wall painting (two Coat) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/Plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign malter and sand papered Smooth including applying of putty as required for metling the surface.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete /stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, Internal rounded angles, chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)

Distempering (two coats)with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a Priming coat with distemper Primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including the surface even and sand papered. Priming coat with distemper primer.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary. Plain glass 3mm thick.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building Bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) IInd class bricks.
