Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and all round the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor along external perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 part II 1981) Chloropyrophosnor any other approved material such Heptachlor or chlordance will be used the rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows. (a) Treatment for masonry and foundation 6 litres per Sqm.

Laying Plain Cement Concrete in 1:4:8 mix (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with mechanical mixing including all cost of cement bag, material, labour, T&P, and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc. Complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering for R.C.C work with labour, T&P and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc. Complete

Laying R.C.C. in 1:1:2(M25) mix (1 cement :1 coarse sand 2.20 fineness modulus :2 graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with mechanical mixing including its 12 mm dia bar fixing and binding with 24 BWG binding wire all cost of cement bag, material, labour, T&P, water arrangement above 1 km distance and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc. Complete in all respect.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Km. From the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Painting on D.P.C. with two coats of air blown bitumin 80/50 or 85/25 @ about 1.7 kg per sq. meter including cost of fuel if any.

Brick work with class M-105 bricks in 1:4 Cement mortar (1 cement :4 coarse sand of 2.20 fineness modulus) )with all cost of cement Bag, material, labour, T&P, water arrangement above 1 km distance and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc. Complete in all respect.
