Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings including trenching and refilling etc of 50 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and fixing CI double acting air valve of approved quality with bolts , nuts rubber insertions etc complte of 80 mm

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with CI wheel of approved quality (screwed end) of 80 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with CI wheel of approved quality (screwed end) of 50 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing GI union 80 mm nominal bore in GI pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing GI union 50 mm nominal bore in GI pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc complete.

Making connection of GI distribution branch with GI main of 50 to 80 mm nominal sizes by providing and fixing tee incl cutting and threading the pipe etc complete.

SCHEDULE `A' PART -I (INTAKE WATER TANK (2.00x1.50x1.20 M) 3000 LTRS CAPACITY)

Eart work insurface excavarion not exceeding 30 cm indepth but exceeding 1.5 m inwidth as wellas 10 sqm on plan incl disposal of excavated soil to be leveled and neately dressed inall kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, incl getting out the the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m, of all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 excluding the cost of cenetering and shittering - All work up to plinth level

M&L of Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS:2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) with FPS brick.

M&L 12 mm cement plaster or mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Finishing wall with water proofing cemen paint of required sahde of two or more coat applied @ 3.84 kg/ sqm

SCHEDULE `A' PART -I (RCC WATER WEIR 8 M LONG)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan incl disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

M&L for cement plaster (in fine sand) of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls of 50 mm dia nominal bore

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with CI wheel of approved quality (screwed end) of 50 mm nominal bore.

M&L Steel reinforcement for RCC work incl straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level of Thermo Mechanical Treated bars
