Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all specified and directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all specified and directed.

M & L For Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed

M & L For Polythene film, black 150micron laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound,GRADE A complete all as specifed and directed

M & L For Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 100 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound,GRADE A complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm & depth exc 50mm & not exc 100mm deep complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. on black top surfaces or bituminous macadam surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at the rate 5 kg per ten sqm over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content of VG-30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by sensor paver finished complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient, material mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by sensor paver finisher. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm and laying premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings of size 6.3 mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm. Complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded & pointed in any mortar. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade including 50mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Machine pressed precast cement concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade including dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed .

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3—Earthwork) to a distance exc 500m and n exc 1 km or under, beyond the ead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road & marking 2.50 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. & the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm , deposited , spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick , watered and rammed to a true suface complete all as specified & directed

M & L for moorum /red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified & directed

M& L for preparation of new surface of brick, stone concrete asbestos cement or plaster surface & applying two coat of synthetic enamel (Orndinary tint) on prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M& L for preparation of old surface of brick, stone concrete asbestos cement or plaster surface & applying one coat of synthetic enamel (Orndinary tint) on prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No.DA 972.0 fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc. all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA & mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated & thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red & yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300mm) type B-1. Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair ABS Body, 100 cm outdoor convex mirror good quality as approved by GE fixed in road/ground portion complete including hanging/fixing arrangement with adequate mounting arrangement at suitable height on stainless steel (Grade 304) round pipe, having unbreakable Polycarbonate Convex Lens with hoods as the traffic safety mirror for eliminating blind spots & increase visibility at a broader angle, including excavation for post holes, PCC Type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in post hole & removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point. Complete all as specified & directed. Make: Frontier 100 cm outdoor Convex Mirror, FMCO-100, Road Star, Real reflectors, Alexix, ACE polymers (India) or Equivalent.

Dismantling Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded & pointed in any mortar. Complete all as specified and directed.
