Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts , nuts , etc as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling

Erection of disc/ pin insulator for 11 KV over head lines as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and laying G.I. tape 32 mm X 6 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required.

Fixing of MS channel /angle bracket set on SP, DP TP & FP as required including bracings/clamps etc.

Drawing of ACSR consuctor (DOG/Wold/AAA 148Sq.mm./200 Sq.mm.) with Jumpering.

Drawing of GI earth conductor 7/12 or 7/14 SWG

Painting of Poles/brackets & writing of feeder no with supply of paint (One coat Primer and two coat Aluminium Paint).

Fabrication of MS channel/angle/flat clamp etc. of required size.

Supply and fixing of danger board

Supply of tension hardware for ACSR conductor tensile strength 70KN capacity.

Supply of MS nut, bolt and washer as required (5/8"x2",3",4" and 8"

Supply of MS Flat size 50x6mm

Supply of Backfill Compound

Supply of Coper Lighting Spike Arester 1.8 meter
