M&L in replacement of current transformers of ratio 100/5 to 400/5 Amps in existing LT feeder pillar panel and making connections of secondary terminals to ammeter with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable including, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of indication lamps LED type with showing red, yellow and green colours of 22.5mm dia fixed to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 Volts AC supply and making connections with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, taking out of unserviceable bus bar of any size and capacity in any position for re-use from the dismantled/taken from feeder pillar box/panel board all as directed.

Dismantling, taking out/removing unserviceable fittings/fixtures/ accessories like MCCB/change over switch/switch fuses unit etc. of any description & in any position from feeder pillar box/panel board all as directed.

Fixing only including necessary connection and commissioning of the following fittings / fixtures/accessories in the existing or newly fabricated panel board/feeder pillar box all as specified and directed

Aluminium bus bars of any shape and size .

Fixing only MCCB/change over switch/switch fuses unit etc of any description, and current rating upto 400 Amps. (Note : Old serviceable retrieved / taken out / removed fittings etc. from the existing /taken down feeder pillar box / panel board shall be re-used in the work).

Supply and Fixing new Aluminium bus bars of size 25x4mm and 400amps of any shape and size as directed.

S&F in replacement of Porcelain Bus bar insulator in existing LT feeder pillar box including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down MS door of LT feeder pillar boxes with complete fitting/ fixtures and refixing the same, mild steel sliding door assembly 200 mm size clip & bolt type, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including welding the sliding bolt & staple plate including nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement MS Hinge plate in existing feeder pillar boxes/ panel boards with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 2 mm thick CRCA MS Sheet duly febricated in existing panel, required shape and size with and all jointing material such as nuts bolts or washer and welding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 12, 13 & 14 :- (i). The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof, wermin proof for installing incoming / outgoing MCCB / Switch fuses/ cable etc. complete all as directed (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included necessary cutting, welding, leveling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box / panel board . (iii) The replaced portion shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces of feeder pillar boxes/panels/ boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat and stopping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in color) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including forming bottom surface to required levels/gradients/slopes for foundations/laying of cable etc. including taking out existing cable protection brick cover etc.complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Laying only servicable Sub Class `B’ bricks, old size, kiln burnt, laid with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable, for protection of cable all as specified and directed. Note:- old brick shall be used retrived from intem No. 16 above.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks, old size, kiln burnt, laid with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable, for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, LT cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down unserviceable protection pipe, earth work to take out the loop where required etc, stacking the cables properly for reuse, include cutting out the defective portion of cables and its removal from site all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes from ducts/ trenches / poles /pipes etc :-

Supply, fabrication and fixing mild steel structural steel such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers of any description on LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing LT over heated or burnt cable terminal at existing panel/ board/feeder pillar box etc., cutting out over heated / burnt / unserviceable portion of cable, stretching of cable end of required length from available rings etc. and fixing and connecting the cable in position properly by providing suitable aluminium lugs and GI nuts, bolts & washers etc. including neccessary excavation and earth work for following size of cable complete all as specified a

Disconnecting & taking out non functional ACB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, 400 Amps to 1000 Amps dismantling/opening of the ACB for servicing/over hauling taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning and servicing greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the ACB after over hauling /servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed (Note: - The quoted rates of the contractor includes for replacment of unserviceable parts with new parts. Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling of existing PCC platform of Transformer Sub Station of any capacity and M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, repairing the cable duct after disconnecting the LT/HT cable from transformer to LT panel and relaying the same after repair of duct and laying the existing GI plate for covering of cable tray complete all as specified dircetd.
