Supply, installation & testing electric geyser (electric water heater storage type) of capacity 25 litre, vertical mounting type, made of ultra thick super cold rolled steel plates, fero glass dry powder coating technology stainless steel inner tank, high density PUF insulation, rust proof outer body, heating element heavy duty magnesium anode rod with steel core to protect enamalled tank from rust and corrosion 2 KW capacity, suitable for 230 V, Single Phase, 50 Hz AC supply, BEE 5 star rating, rated pressure 0.8 Mpa, with & including thermostat with thermal cut off, heating indicator, multi-function safety valve, hot / cold connection pipe etc, fixed all as per manufacturer's instructions, fixed with & including 'Anchor' type / fastener type bolts & nuts of required size & numbers into the wall grouted properly to hold the geyser and making good the disturbed surface in CM (1:3) including marking of SM / MES number with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The font, style & place of writing SM /MES number with synthetic enamel paint on Geyser shall be as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.
