Repair/maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door cards,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of cracked /broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maint of unserviceable damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Maintenance of damaged hand rail, Shaft, light/switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts ,changing of broken granites, fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work ,cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan , changing of broken anti skid pvc rubber mat and air freshner at lift cabin, ensure safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Ditto all as per item No 1.00 above here in before but 06 PS (408 Kgs) capacity of existing make ECE/Escon/Thyssenkrup in building : Rohini, Revati, Gemini, Kartikaya (G+9 upper floor) 04 Nos lift. (i) The contractor has to carry out the AMC of the lifts through OEM only. (ii) The AMC should cover any minor parts of lifts if its functions are found defective, the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iii) Two mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (iv) The detailed duty mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including Sundays and holidays. (v) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign (their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. (vi) Duty Mechanics shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall affected.

Taking down old car door VVVF drive supply and fixing in replacement car door (VVVF) drive with all accessories confirming to IS and matching with existing model, specifications and same capacity of exisiting items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete Machine Overhauling by opening of Gear removing old dirty oil, cleaning & Replacing of new Gear oil refilling of the same with new packing & adjustment of thrust bearing & keep it into perfect working order complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable DBR supply and fixing Aluminum covered wire wound dynamic breaking resistor to absorb the reserve energy dissipation of motor during regeneration in control operation suitable for existing capacity motor up to 15 HP VFD complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable overload sensor after disconnecting old over load sensor supply and fixing New Load Sensor at Certain block lifts at Nofra complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable COP after disconnecting old COP supply & fixing new car operating panel complete including dismantling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Distmantling and Taking out of existing shaft wiring and suppy and fixing new shaft wiring of the lift shaft with copper wire from lift room control panel to motor break devices and landing floor switch locks outside push button with indicators from half way junction for all landing and also to lift inside push button Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Distmantling and taking out old unserviceable main VVVF uniit supply and fix new main VVVF drive unit of suitable for 15 KW capacity in existing panel and connected with existing system including testing and commissioning confirming to same model with specification and same capacity of existing items complete for smooth and jerk free working of lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LED lights supply and fixing in replacement LED light square/circle type fix to existing false ceiling with complete wiring and all required necessary items all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out U/S car door from car cabin supply and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated, auto telescopic / centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of flush type panels complete with removed headers, hangers, door drive unit with full beam infrared sensor up to full length of car door, aluminium sill VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories control connection etc. for for lift all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Aluminium chequered plate supply & fixing new aluminium Chequered plate of thickness upto 5mm including removing existing plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective infra red door sensor of any type and make and supply and fixing new infra red door sensor of up to full length of car door complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down old unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting old wire rope from counter weight, pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new main steel wire rope 8 mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight pully and car cabin with clamps,nuts, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting old wire rope from counter weight, pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new main steel wire rope 13 mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley and car cabin with clamps, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin and supply and fixing new new car cabin fan non oscilatting type axial flow single speed 300mm sweep, 240 volts ISI mark with grill complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable landing push button box complete with stainless steel plate push buttons and combined digital position indicator and arrow indicator supply and fix e landing push button box complete with stainless steel plate push buttons and combined digital position indicator and arrow indicator complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable main pulley with complete set Supply & fixing new main pully with complete set complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable pit pulley and governor pulley with complete acessories and Supply &fixing new pit pulley and governor pulley complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out all defective batteries from existing ARD and supply and fixing new batteries suitable for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable travelling cable from hoistway & supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 12 Core flate/ round type with standared copper conductor, conforming to relavent IS in and including thimbles, suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out ARD control system and commissioning and testing of new ARD system including PC cards/diodes suitable for upto 15 HP motor including wiring with connected item in existing building.

Disconnecting and taking out unseriveable emergency alarm system complete Supply & fixing new emergency alarm system assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery backup charging unit and speaker including necessary control/electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified ands directed in Central machine shope and various other lift of Nofra area.complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm from test point to lift machine room (G+07 bldg) to be terminated to the control panel, machine and other equipment installed in machine room complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Car and Cwt Buffer Spring with all accessories of suitable for 06/08/13 Passenger Lifts various Bldgs of Nofra, all as directed by engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Floor Announcement System with all accessories of 06/0813 Passenger Lifts installed at various locations of Nofra all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement new toe guard with connected accessories suitable for goods/passenger lifts omplete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable/ burnt lift motor from the lift machine room and Rewinding of electrical motor upto 15HP capacity 3 phase 415 V , including rewinding of the motor by proper gauge of copper wire with class E insulation with Varnishing, heating and re-assembling and testing at the site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Taking down broken granite slab and material an labour for black granite slab, machine cut, set on vertical surfaces allround with lift facial elevation including backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick and joint filling with white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite for lift architrave at all floors as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable control panel and control wiring and panel suitable for bldg ( G+9) supply and fix new control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple microcontrolled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safety devices such as thermal overload protection, over current protection, auto phase link to each other in network, and compatible to existing capacity VVVF drive confirming to IS 14665 , 3 phase supply, 415 volts, and motor capcity upto 15 HP complete including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanised sheet trucking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size of stranded copper cable etc and panel suitable for bldg ( G+9) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning & operation of electrically operated lift 08 passenger/ 13 passenger (544/ 884Kg) and 1000/ 2000Kgs Goods lift to serve upto G+12 upper floors (Bharani, Sarvana),G+15 floors (Archana), G+14 upper floors (Alakhnanda), G+16 floors (Jyestha & Danistha), 6/8 passenger (408/544/ Kg) capacity of Thyssenkrupp/Escon make to serve upto G+9 upper floors in Rohini, Revati, Kartikeya, Gemini, Viswakarma and Vatsala daily 16 hrs in two shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and from 1400 to 2200 hrs including taking care of from any pilfrerage/ theft or damage etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in Bldgs :Bharani, Alakhnanda, Archana,Sarvana, Gemini, Kartikeya, Revati,Rohini, J Block K Block, Viswakarma and Vatsala bldgs (Total- 12 Nos bldgs) Person: 1 for 2 buildings per shift Persons: 6 for 12 buildings per shift Total shifts: 2 Hence (6 persons x 2 shifts x 11 months) = 6 x 2 x 11 = 132

Notes for Ser item No 31.00 (i) Passes will be processed after verification of certificate, Passes shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification shall be verified by the Engineer-in-Charge before the issue of passes. (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operators. (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) Lift operators report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their directions. If he is found absent or moved without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vi) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (vii) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescuing the passengers and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied.

(viii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (ix) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (x) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xii) Lift attendant (semi skilled ) duly trained for Each shift

(xiii) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority . If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost as given at Sch A Note at Page No 15, the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xiv) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost as given at Sch A Note at Page No 15, and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xv) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver whenever necessary as required and directed by the Engineer in charge.
