M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-30) at the rate of 05 kg per 10 sq metre

M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm

M&L for Bituminious semi dense asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient required complete all as specified and directed. Note: No extra shall be paid to the contractor in the event binder content more than 4%.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like of any width on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 including for refelctive type trasperant glass beads sprayed with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S& F information Sign board (both Side written) of size size 4' x 3' (1200 mm x 900 mm) made of 3mm thick ACP sheet framed with 25mm dia stainless steel pipe horizonal in top and bottom adjoining with vertical post and having front side entire surface fully bonded with non reflective sheeting grade having pressure sensetive adhesive. The matter should not be printed on non reflective tape duly laminated so that printing should not fade and two Nos vertical post of 50mm dia stainless steel pipe 3Mtr long with ornamental top quoted as per sample including writting the matterial/words digitally on both side as required and as directed including excavation in post holes and embedded in PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded coarse stone aggregates) of size 300mm x 300 mm x 600mm deep and/including removal of surplus soil out side of MoD land complete, all as specified and as directed . Note:- The sample of sign board shall be provided by EIC & The contractor shall quote their rate accordingly.
