RequiredXI The firm must have in house structural designer and however he can associate Architect and E and M Consultant for the work. Minimum qualification of the Engineer and Architect to be engaged in the work are as under (i) Engineer (a) Civil Engineer, M. Tech- Structural design with 10 years experience. (b) Eand M Engineer B. Tech (Electrical or Mechanical) with 05 years experience. (ii) Architect B. Arch./ M. Arch. with 10 years experience

RequiredThe consent letter of associated Architect and E and M Consultant shall be uploaded with the bid documents. Qualification and experience certificate of Engineer and Architect shall be uploaded with the bid documents

RequiredXII. (a) Certificate of average Annual Financial Turnover not less than Rs. 3,00,000/- (3 of the Estimated cost) during the immediate last five consecutive financial years duly Certified by Chartered Accountant as per Form A.

Required(b) Bankers certificate issued by any Commercial Bank of minimum Rs. 4,00,000/- (40 of the Estimated cost) on prescribed Form-B or Net worth Certificate of Minimum Rs. 1,00,000/- on prescribed Form-B1 issued by Certified Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded at the time of submission of tender.

Required(C) The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet (balance sheet in case of private/public limited company means its standalone financial statement and consolidated financial statement both), duly audited and certified by the Charted Accountant.
