Preventive maintenance of electric motor driven Chlorine dosing system any make including cleaning of electrode rod, HDPE/FRP tank of capacity up to 150 Ltr tank and checking functioality and performance of level gauge, dosing pump, High pressure single head gear motor ,pressure gauge, power pack incl oiling and greasing of all moving parts under GE(U) Water supply Delhi Cantt. Opening the motor of capacity 0.5HP, rewinding the motor with super enammeled copper wire of existing gauge,weight etc, reparing the same by replacing the unserviceable spare parts and re-assembling the motor in orignal position to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting elect connection and taking down of ceiling fan / Exaust fan of any make and any height, dismantling blade and removing fan alongwith blade for depositing in MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective switch fuse main board / distribution iron clad or sheet metal enclosure/ MCB DBs with MCBs of any capacity and make including wooden board etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non-metalic rigid new PVC conduit medium grade ISI Marked and all conduit accessories concealed in wall/ceiling/fixed to roof/truss/columns etc and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuty, fabricated branded modular metal flush box duly make embossed, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate for housing switches , socket out let and fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for the followings:-

(for Phase & Neutral) along with earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor wire of size 4 sq mm wire drawn through in & including PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked including all fitting accessories fixed on wall/roofs/ceilings etc complete all as directed. Note:- Sch of credit amount of Rs. 101979.00/- shall be deducted from total quoted BOQ Amount when work acceptance letter issued.
