Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made of 3mm thick ACP Sheet, One side face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue/green and silver white or other colour combination as approved by Engineering - In- Charge including subject matter, message (tri-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer--in-charge. [Note:- structural steel frame shall be paid separately.]

Removing, shifting and installation of existing gantry from old approach road to new approach road by deploying hydraulic crane of 40 tonne or more capacity with in lead of 2.00 km at a location desired by Engineer In Charge.

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Design RCC foundation work for gantry board with all relevant calculation sheet and design vetted by I.I.T/NIT/Reputed Government College, issue of good for construction drawings and revision of drawing if required during execution etc. as specified in tender document and any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of works etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.
