(B/R PORTION) Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade/double charged/ultra charged of 9 or 10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.28 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 02 here-in-before but as in skirting on vertical surfaces including screed bed 10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured digital tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 1.28 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles, including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of area exc. .36 Sqm But not Exc 1.28 sqm on vertical surfaces such as wall, dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match including screed bed 10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in CM 1:3. complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in sub base for floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, wooden flooring of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling Systern with Dune Bevelled Tegular Edge Tiles of 16mm thickness and Armstrong Supratine 15mm face exposed grid. The tiles shall have sand texture visual with acoustical punchers, Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.5 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz. 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard. CAC of 33db as per ASTM E1414 Light Reflectance ≥85% as per ASTM E-1477. Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052. 10057 VW/mK Colour Global White. Fire Performance of class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84 with 16mm bevelled Tegular edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. It shall be suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 40%. The ule shall have certifications from GRIHA and GreenPro thereby confirming that it is an environment friendly roduct SUSPENSION. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Suprafine 38 with 15 mm wide T section flanges colour global white (matching to tile color) having roll formed double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections ie the Main Runner 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm (all sections) The deflection loading of the system shall be 12 5 kg/m2 (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) and main beam tested as per ASTM C635 (Deflection limit less than L/360) with a deflection loading of 15kg/m The end details of the cross tee shall be made of pre hardened steel and fixed to the ends of the cross tee to provide double locking between "cross tee to cross tee" and "cross tee to main beam" All main beam to main beam and cross tee to cross tee connection shall have a pull out strength of more than 100kg. The T Sections shall be made of hot dipped galvanized steel of 90 gsm as per IS 277 (2003) and pre-painted steel with baked polyester paint with OT bending capability All border cross tee/main beam shall be levelled using perimeter fill. INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system (specifications above) at 1200mm maximum. The First/Last Armstrong suspension system at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall along with the first and the last main beam shall be at less than 600mm from the wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees.
