The electrification work of 03 no. Payjal Yojana at Vill. Pailani Dera, Amchauli, Nandadev etc. under EDD, Banda (Rural)

The following works under various places/Sub-Stations under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2023-24 under EDD, BANDA (RURAL), including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. Details of the work as given below ;-

Erection of 11 KV Lines and 25 KVA Sub-Staions work - For electrification of Payjal Yojana at various places as PAILANI DERA, AMCHAULI & NANDADEV etc.

Safely cartage of following poles from ESC to site of work -

PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long

Safely cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, wire, x-arm, clamps, channels, angles, earthing rod, stay etc.

Erection of PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long as SP with complete HT/LT fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO norms.

Erection of PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long as DP/SDP with complete HT/LT fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO norms.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of ACSR Weasel conductor on the newly erected poles with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Safely cartage and installation of 25 KVA capacity transformers on double pole structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Erection of stay set complete at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO norms alongwith nozeling & binding of stay set, stay.

Fabrication of hole in channels/angles/steel cross arms.

Supply & erection of Nut-Bolts & washers of suitable size (Arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Concreting/grouting of newly erected single/double pole structure on 8.5 Mtr. PCC Poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual sire requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual, including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply & Fixing of Top Channel with clamp & Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & Fixing of Dropper Channel with clamp & Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & Fixing of T-Off Channel with clamp & Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & Fixing of F-Bracket with Nut-Bolts for fitting top insulator as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & Fixing of X-arm holding clamp with Nut-Bolts as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & Fixing of MS Angle 75x75x6x2028 mm.(Base Angle) with Nut-Bolts as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost).

Supply & Fixing of Clamp for channels with Nut-Bolts as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost).
